I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 for 4, a small chili, and a strawberry salad with NO meat. I pay for the order, everything was great…until I get home and realize it’s bacon all over my salad. I called the restaurant prior to driving back there and the phone rang so long that it disconnected on its own. So I inconveniently drive to the location and tell the cashier at the speaker what had happened. She puts someone else on the speaker who has a hard time hearing me. I ask desperately if I could drive to the window. She says yes. I get to the window, tell the cashier what happened yet again, just for her to ask me, ‘can’t you just take the bacon off?’ I replied, no! I’m a vegetarian. That defeats the purpose. She gets the manager and I have to repeat the issue yet again, for the 4th time. I inform the manager on duty of what happened and she asks what I ordered. I tell her the 4 for 4, a small chili, and a salad. She asks for what of salad? I inform her the strawberry salad. She proceeded to inform me that the strawberry salad has bacon. I replied with I understand that NOW, however didn’t when ordering. She provided me a refund in cash and that was it. Up until recently, I’ve been a general manager of a very popular and busy restaurant and I know how it goes. But for the cashier to suggest that I should just take the bacon off, and for the situation to be handled so poorly, was very disappointing. As I said I get it, I’ve been in the industry. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this Wendy’s at night at all costs. This place is FOUL and the people working here are just as bad as the food. Came here and ordered a number 5 with baconater fries. Simple enough right? They gave me a regular instead. Which I would have been okay with, had the fried not been old and crusty. I went back and had to sit for almost 40 minutes in line. Upon arrival at the window I was not greeted for an additional 5 minutes. The women behind the counter then tries to tell me I have to pay a difference for something I already payed for. No. Whilst this is happen another gentlemen who had been in front of me in line pulled around and got out of his vehicle to talk to the same women behind the drive through window because his order was also wrong. If you’re in this area do yourself a favor and go to the 99¢ store across the street. I promise you the food there will be fresher and cheaper. And you won’t be met with a foul attitude while spending your money...

A employee came from behind the counter net me at the door and just stood and watched me trying to get in the door on the drive thru side. I'm trying to hold the door with my left foot and go in the door. Once I was in the restaurant, the guy said, I am going to ask you to leave, I than said why, he told me because I always make a mess and leave it. He said they had this on camera, told him to show to me . He refused. Because this was a lie, there more to this story. But this restaurant poor on customer service in side and out. 7 employee 3 car are waiting 15 to 20 minutes per car. The employee was running the restaurant not the manager.
