Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

I have been to this Wendy’s biweekly ordering 40 piece nugget for approximately 9.99 at the drive thru since moving to Lakewood Forest. On December 14, 2022 approximately 8:30pm the manager of the store working the drive through (never made it to the window, by voice appeared to be African American) decided to argue with me in a very unprofessional manner about the nuggets only being on line purchase. I attempted to explain to him that I regularly order the family nugget at the drive through and that I once had to get a manager to educate a new employee. This manager tonight, immediately started disrespecting me, arguing with me to the point my wife said we’ll take our business some where else (Deen’s on Grant RD). This kid is absolutely not management material and if I owned this restaurant, I would terminate his employment immediately. No customer much less a 42yr old adult taking a family of 6 to Wendy’s after the middle school’s play should ever have to deal with the way this manager spoke to us and his aggressive, quick to be right condescending smart a$$ tone. I just went in to get me something to eat between 1:22-1:35pm on June 13. I witnessed the lady behind the counter call a customer over that was sitting at the table with what I thought was his food because he opened and looked at the burger but she gave him the wrong order so she told him to bring that bag back and gave him a different order. She took the bag of food he gave her and re bagged it and gave it to this other customer. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I told that new customer and the lady behind the counter that was WRONG so she tried to act as if all the food was remade but it wasn’t. They can go back and run the cameras to see what kind of business the workers are running when a manager is not around. Hopefully none of those people was a manager and allowed that to take place. Because I noticed and said something than the lady behind the counter wants to re make the customer food. Because of this behavior I didn’t order anything. I hope the workers...

Food is ok, but the workers are really rude and incompetent. They took my order, took my money, and only handed me the drinks, which were frostys, before telling me to pull forward. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for three cars in front of em to get their orders, I pull forward, and wait for 6 cars behind to get their orders before going in and asking about my order, which somehow had been skipped. I had to stand there waiting for the workers to decide to give me my food, by which point my frozen drinks were already melted. I asked to at least be topped off since they have me less on one of my frostys, but the worker refused and told me they can't possibly go up to the lid (they literally gave me one that did).
