Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Huber Heights

So I went here yesterday to grab a simple Cheese Steak. Well what I thought was easy. Nice brand new store. Great greeting. Now's when the tide changes. I put My order in and the same guy that took My order, cashed Me out while there was a girl that was at that station to do that. So then He goes and (I don't know what He was doing) but He didn't even put the meat on the flat top for 12 mins after I got my receipt. I know because I was thinking, why's this taking so long. So then another 7 mins passed and I finally got My sub. It's crazy because I was the only customer in there. It honestly took 19 mins to make a simple reg size cheese steak. They could tell I was getting pissed. And what's crazier, is there was 5 employees on the clock. so Yea, never going back to that location again. The location on Far Hills in Kettering/Centerville is amazing. The sub was ok at best. And the time I actually waited was insane. Never again. Those employees have no drive at all. No wonder the place was empty.

And then They responded to My review, and don't offer anything for waiting 19 mins for a Sub that takes 4 mins to make. Wow. This...

The food here is good same as any location but whenever I have ordered delivery for a group of 4-5 people, inevitably an item is missing. It is usually a bag of chips or a drink which is not a big deal. Today, 1 of the 5 sandwiches was missing. When I call the store, my only options for compensation were either a refund for that item or they would make the missing sandwich and I have to go pick it up. I asked if I could receive some other form of compensation since I already paid a delivery fee and tip but still have to go pick up my order anyway. They told me no. Refund for missing item or a replacement and come pick it up. Very disappointed with the service and customer care. It would be so easy just to give me credit for a free sandwich for my trouble of having to come and pick up my DELIVERY order. I guess Jimmy John's it is for now. I’ve been craving Jersey Mike’s nonstop. It’s been my number one pregnancy craving so my husband went there tonight and he got me my usual. The only downfall is he was on a time crunch to get back to work so he wasn’t paying attention to the workers so whenever he got home, we noticed there was not a single topping. He had said to them on the sandwich. It was just a plain sandwich. He said the workers were all just hanging around yelling and goofing off. I’ve never had issues with this jersey Mike’s until today because how do you forget to put the toppings on a sandwich because you’re too distracted.
