Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Hudson

I order from this location often because the location is convenient, and when it's good, it's REALLY good. Unfortunately, it seems to be bad more often than it's good. SAUCE: I always order my sandwiches with easy mayo and easy Dijon, and they still come with a ton of sauce on them. If I don't order them easy, most of the time the sandwich is sopping in sauce. I always wonder if the person making the sandwich likes it that way for themselves? Why would anyone want that amount of sauce on their sandwich? DELIVERY: Normally, it takes at least 40 minutes to get an order, even when delivering to a location less than 0.1 mile away. Today, I had a call I needed to be on, so I scheduled my order to show up at 1:10PM (after my call would be over), and my order showed up at 12:10, roughly 15-20 minutes after I placed my order. Because I was on a phone call at that time, I had to let my soup sit there and get cold, and my sandwich that was supposed to have easy mayo/dijon get so soggy it was falling apart because of the amount of sauce on it. So, when I want the food right away it takes over 40 minutes, but when I want it at a specific time they deliver it right away. SERVICE: The majority of the time, if I order in person at the store, the staff is friendly. There are a few people that work there that don't even say "Hi" when you start an order, and sometimes the staff will have inappropriate conversations in their open kitchen right in front of customers. I also once had someone drop my wrapped sandwich on the floor right in front of me because their coworker decided to THROW IT from 3ft away instead of handing it to the other person, and they didn't even apologize or offer to make a new sandwich. Since it was wrapped I didn't ask for a new one, but when I tried to contact the store to let them know what happened, I never even received an email or phone call back from a manager with an apology. I was not looking for anything free, but wanted to let them know so they could coach their employees and hopefully prevent it from happening again in the future. The fact that they didn't even respond with an apology or a "thanks for letting us know" seemed very unprofessional. I'm frustrated with the lack of consistency and, honestly, care that goes into...

I went to your Hudson store in Wisconsin. I was greeted nicely. I went their around 7 on Friday the February 2nd and stayed about half hour. While i was eating there I have noticed some stuff that happened. There was a girl named Sumaiya. That’s what she told me when I asked her. She was very sweet and doing most of the work at the store. When she was making my sandwich, there was an another girl with blonde hair working. That blonde girl literally grabbed her from making my sandwich and told her to bag someone else’s sandwich where she could’ve done by herself. But she chose to grab Sumaiya to do that. I think that inappropriate to me. And I also think she being little bossy to Sumaiya and ordering her what she needs to do. I am pretty sure Sumaiya knew what to do. And as I was eating my sandwich, I have seen Sumaiya was stocking and cleaning other stuff while other 2 employees just sitting at the back and on their phone. When Sumaiya was cleaning and stocking I asked her name. I think management should should look into to it carefully because I don’t think just 1 person shouldn’t do all the work. I ordered food for delivery. I received a call From an unknown number but was unable to answer it because I was on the other line. No message was left and when I tried to look up the number it wasn’t linked to anyone I knew. I didn’t think anything of it...1.5 hours later still no food. I finally called them and they tell me sorry we don’t have any delivery drivers tonight-did they call you? I’m not sure I guess maybe? But no message was left. The customer service worker said “oh ya they were suppose to leave a message or keep trying to get a hold of you”. Well they didn’t and now we are leaning toward almost 2 hours since I ordered. His suggestion was “well can you just come and get it” well I ordered it for delivery so if I wanted to pick it up I probably would of. Buuut unfortunately this night I was feeling under the weather and didn’t want to cook just wanted my dang sandwich. Long story short, no food, waited two hours, no offer to make things right.
