The gentleman that made my pizza today did it wrong, even when I kept telling them what I wanted. They remade the pizza and I specifically asked for the garlic sauce on all three of my pizza's. Only to find out when I got home they put white sauce on all three of my pizzas instead of the garlic sauce. Only reason I’m complaining because I have been to many Papa Murphys and never had this happen. And I’m positive I said garlic sauce on my pizzas a million times and they ok’d me to death instead of listening to me. I feel as it was a deliberate act because not one but all my pizzas had the wrong sauce and I feel the gentlemen was annoyed with me correcting them, and because they had to throw a pizza away. Read moreI have come here for years. Had ordered 4 items. 2 items weren't given. Someone picked up the order for me. Called when I got home to ask for partial refund. Told me that they weren't going to do that and that the only solution is for me to drive 25 minutes there and 25 minutes back again. I said that isn't going to happen and he said that he "certainly won't be giving a refund instead." And that I can go to corporate. Ok....I might add this is the 2nd time in a row they've forgotten it. I was just closer when I realized it. Pizza was also unfortunately not great as after baking, the crust stuck to the tray, which I've never seen before and ruined the pizzas.

Read moreThe pizza is good, but DO NOT HAVE IT DELIVERED THROUGH DOOR DASH. Our pizza looked as though Henry (the door dash driver) had been eating off it or did God knows what to it. My only complaint is when we notified the store about this, the lady did not care. She said can't do anything about it. I can't say I'm surprised, it was the weekend so I'm sure I was dealing with the "B" team.
