No… just no. This location and this entire company’s values has made my family’s life a living purgatory. My husbands Name is JN. He filed an incident/injury report about two weeks ago. He burned his throat on one of your wraps. I have watched my husband live on meal replacement shakes for the last three weeks. He is now going to his third doctor appointment this morning for it. Two weeks ago, he wrote you explaining the situation. He received very calloused feedback from multiple representatives. After his doctor appointment this morning- I will also be sending you the after reports for his doctor visits. My husband now needs lorazepam daily to deal with the frustration and emotional side effects.you promised him a very disappointing offer of $300 Starbucks gift card. I’m sitting next to my husband right now while he’s crying from the frustration from feeling like there is food constantly stuck in his throat. Quite frankly- I need meds to be around him because of this. He hasn’t received his gift card. It’s been two weeks. He’s spent $100 in the last week on liquid food. And you offer him $300 to go back to Starbucks when he can’t even enjoy it. Are you sick??? If I do not get a response and a reasonable HUMANE outcome from this- I’m gathering our paperwork and we are calling a personal injury lawyer and I will make sure no one else has to endure the physical and emotional stress you’ve placed on my husband after dismissing his injury in your establishment. Next time you go to enjoy something that someone else made for you that you spent your hard earned money on- I hope it leaves a permanent mark in your throat and you feel it every time you breathe. I’m disgusted that you treat your customers this way.
I hope you make the appropriate business decision and treat my husband fairly. We have been extremely patient despite our entire family being...
Read moreGreat Baristas, fantastic service, coffee is what you expect. Unfortunately, there's always a line at the drive thru. The last few times I've pulled in, I've timed it for fun, (because I'm a nerd with time on my hands). Wait time averages about 12 to 15 minutes. With the way it's set up, it's difficult to park and go in without having to cut through the line of cars and I'd rather not endanger the employees.
Whenever I happen to be driving by, I check to determine when there isn't a line, (It's a part of my personal board of nerd bingo). Spoiler alert, there's always a line of dedicated customers who want to use their stars. Many times the line extends all the way past into the neighboring parking lot East of the store. It's the studio 54 of rewards based caffeine.
Hopefully a fix will happen soon, whether it be them doing a curbside delivery of running coffee out to cars parked in assigned spots or perhaps adding a second window. Or it could stay the way it is, since it appears people are willing to wait and I'm willing to watch them wait, which makes this review a heartbreaking work of...
Read moreI have been a customer at this location for nearly 6 years. I am as pleased with my service and experience today as I was my first visit there. As a matter of fact I've come to get to know my baristas quite well. Every day( despite how busy it may get )They are consistently friendly and more than pleasant. I am an every day customer at this location and I just love that I can go there and feel like im at home. The staff makes you feel like you're a member of the family and I happen to like that kind of service. I am and will continue to be a customer at this location for as long as they continue their great service. Thank you Mary for your smiles every day. I'll be seeing you tomorrow ...
