I have been coming to Clean Juice Birkdale three times a day for years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Anna, Milo, Emma, Noel and the rest of the Birkdale team are truly one of the kind. I live in Mooresville, but purposely go out of my way to come to the Clean Juice Birkdale location because of Anna and her team. There are closer Clean Juice locations to my home but I choose to come to the Birkdale location because they treat me like family. I always feel welcome and I am always greeted by name. I tend to order the same thing when I come in so the Birkdale team knows my order and always prepares it exactly how I want it. They make sure I am taken care of with the very best customer service every time I visit and making sure I leave a happy and satisfied customer. That is why I continue to come back day after day. I have seen Anna grow her team over the years and her leadership is unmatched. She truly puts her heart and soul into making sure Clean Juice is a place where everyone wants to eat!! It shows in the happy and upbeat personalities displayed by her team. Itâs easy to l tell that her employees enjoy their jobs!! Their love for Clean Juice makes me want to work there! I love the organic, fresh and clean ingredient concept, quick service and overall atmosphere of Clean Juice.    Read moreI usually love Clean Juice but today was the worst service I have ever received from the Huntersville location. I ordered a watermelon bowl with strawberries instead of coconut chips. They called a customer up to the counter who they thought was me to give out a coupon for the fact that they were currently out of strawberries. Once the bowl was ready that same customer took it by mistake and I watched her stick her finger in it to taste it because she knew it didnât look like what she ordered. She then returns it to the counter without saying a word to the employees. The employees then place it in the online order cooler to be picked up by me, I assume. I then inform the employees that the customer who took it by mistake stuck her finger in it and their response was âOh we didnât know. I can remake it for you, if you want?â like Iâm supposed to say âOh no itâs fine. Iâll eat it anyway?!â They remade the bowl, forgot to put banana in the base and never informed me about the strawberry shortage that I had happened to overhear from across the store earlier to the wrong recipient and never gave me the coupon that was supposed to go to me in the first place even though I now had to wait for a second...
   Read moreReally disappointed in the 3 day cleanse and customer service. I ordered online and when I went to pick up at the scheduled time it wasn't even put together. The two people working there had no clue how to put together the immunity cleanse. While packing, the dates on a few drinks said use by 10/12. That would've been the second day of the cleanse. At first they told me they drink them past the date; well the amount I'm paying for this I would like fresh drinks. Then they said I would have to come back on day 2 to get a couple of the juices for the 3rd day. That is not helpful when I work full time with two young kids to have to make another trip back there; had I known I would've just ordered two days. I did return on day two to pick up the juices for day 3 and had to drag my toddler with me in the rain. Just super inconvenient. I even sent them a message via the website and Instagram with feedback and got zero response.
