Hello,
I would like to register a complaint for poor customer service at your location on 4002 University Boulevard in Huntsville, Alabama. The drive thru operator was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both me and other customers in the line and I want a record of her behavior noted.
I placed an online order (WS38) at 10:04 this morning, and arrived at the restaurant at 10:11. I marked myself as present at the restaurant and waited in line for twenty minutes before getting to the speaker. At 10:32, I asked for my order, and the operator told me that my order was not ready and that they would not be able to make it since it was past 10:30.
I told her that it should have been ready because I marked myself at the restaurant 20 minutes ago, and she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I then said I wanted my money back and she said it would post when the food wasn't picked up. I said I was unhappy with her rude behavior to me and others and she said "OK." And cut me off from communicating.
This kind of service is unacceptable if you are charging 10 dollars for two sandwiches. I am extremely disappointed that McDonald's does not value its customers or their orders. If this is the standard for your customer service now, I will simply never order again.

Read moreUpdate, new day, 04/05/2024. Another day. Another mess up. This location can never get anything right. I ordered the steak egg cheese bagel. Get home and it has no onions on it. There are only 5 ingredients to make the bagel. The bagel, the cheese, the egg, the steak, the ONIONS! Why is it so hard to put it together correctly considering I had to wait over 15 minutes at the window! Thats after waiting 10 mknutes at the box to place the order This location needs a new manager so the employees can be pushed to do better. Just becuase its fast food doesnt mean it should be trash. This is ridiculous!
Old review: Put my mobile order in in hopes we wouldn't have to wait long. That was a joke. I sat in deive thru for 10 minutes, no one answered the speaker. So I go inside, it's 8:30pm and they're trying to lock doors so no more customers can come in. After another 15 minutes, I stand there and watch 3 employees walk from outside. The cooks! I have to argue with them to make my food and stop giving FREE food to other customers bcuz they "know them." I had no choice but to wait for my food, considering the app does not have a cancel or refund option. Read moreI was in the drive-thru waiting for a cheeseburger and small fry and it took about 20mins. On top of that, there were 3 cars in front of me, and 2 cars parked waiting. They sent one employee out to deliver the food to the parked cars and I swear she acted like she hadn't a clue who had what! One guys order was wrong and he went in to get a refund and left. The management at this place seems to suck, somebody should've clearly told her who had what, take command and control, and direct these workers. Because they always seem to be shuffling along without a care in the world, a tad bit slow, and lacking customer service skills! Even when you go inside, managers seem to have communication issues with the cooks. The cooks seem a little aimless, as if they can't read the screen, or hear the orders in order to get a jump on what's needed!
