I visited this location on Friday March 8th around 7-7:30pm. It was myself, my husband and our 7 month old baby. We walked in and the hosts a younger girl with long blond hair who had an AirPod in half greeted us. She asked how many and I said two and a baby (I was holding the car seat). She sat us in the bar. She’s did not ask if we were okay having the baby in the bar, she did not ask if we needed a sling or high chair. Some younger girl took our drink order. They said “full bar” however I was told they couldn’t blend my drink even though there are other blended drinks on the menu. The girl kept laughing and we had to repeat our drink orders because she said “I’m sorry I don’t remember what did you want”. That same girl made the drinks and a different girl brought our drinks to our table. 15 mins went by and no one took our food order however several young employees were sitting in a back booth in the bar area “folding silverware” this was clearly a social hour for them while other were not being helped. Our baby woke up and I grabbed a high chair from the front. Some other worker, a young Asian server or busboy told us “yeah we’re actually not allowed to have a high chair in the bar area”. I said “then why would she sit us in the bar with a baby”. He didn’t have an answer. My husband looked at me and said “do you wanna move tables” the server/busboy then said “I actually don’t know if we have any other tables”. Clearly we were being discriminated against because we had a baby and they just wanted us to leave. I said “let just go”. On the way out the manager was standing at the door. I told him what happened. He was extremely apologetic and handled it (to the best of my knowledge). Shame on the employees at this location. The lack of customer service, training and pure discrimination towards a young family looking to have dinner with an infant is mind blowing. The fact we were made to feel like we needed to leave because the hosts didn’t do her job correctly is absolutely disgraceful. I do not plan to stop here in notifying the proper channels of what we experienced tonight. Thank you to the manager who apologized to us. Train your people, manage your...
Read moreThe bread was delicious, but my steak pretty much sucked. It was so tough and full of gristle that I could hardly eat it. And since it was only 6oz in the first place, the four large pieces I left on my plate were easily half, if not more, of my entire steak. And what major restaurant chain doesn't have a blender on the premesis? Especially in the bar? And yet has frozen drinks on their menu despite the fact of their complete inability to make them?! And what bar lacks the ability to prepare a simple layered shot? I ordered a bit-o-honey which is butterscotch schnapps with Bailey's Irish Cream on top. They didn't have the schnapps so I'd have settled to use amaretto as a substitute, but they didn't have Bailey's either. And I don't know about you, but I've had a Pina Colada on the rocks before, and it sucks! No bar should even offer it because it is no substitution; not even close. If I'm drinking drinks on the rocks, I'm not wasting my time or money eating dinner, cuz I'm drinking with purpose, not for fun. And that is disappointing, because I have had some good time there. With family and friends! And today the whole experience seemed heavy and slightly depressing, despite of the wonderful company I was in. I think we each attempted to lighten the mood and make things better, but I think the lousy experience ruined everyone's evening and instead of moving our party elsewhere, we all just called it a night instead. I took no pictures of my plate because my friends bought my dinner and I felt doing so would be rude and in poor taste. However, informing you that you failed to meet your usual standards and greatly disappointed regular customers felt necessary. My friend also mentioned that the watermelon margarita she ordered, on the rocks, was terrible. So bad in fact that she sent it back. And I have never seen her turn down alcohol, so it must've...
Read moreWe visit this Logan's about one a quarter. Honestly, the steaks are just ok, but the service is usually better than average.
We visited recently and my wife and I each ordered a filet. Both steaks tasted bad (like spoiled), so the manager came over and offered us a replacement. They threw away the other steaks in that batch. The sirloin I got was a bit chewy. My daughter ordered barbecue chicken, which was way too spicy for her. The manager explained that they use a blackened seasoning on it, so it is spicy. My son ordered a steak with chicken, and they brought shrimp instead. So, out of four meals, all four had issues. I will say that the manager was extremely nice and took great care of us. However, I'll also say that after getting two spoiled steaks, I'd expect that they would have been deducted from our bill. This was a celebration evening for us, and was pretty much ruined.
UPDATE: corporate responded to my review (see below). I called them and explained what all happened at dinner that night. They said they’d pass the info on up to management. But nothing ever happened after that. I was wondering where we could go out to eat tonight, and I briefly thought of Logan’s. Then I remembered what happened last time. I won’t do that again!
UPDATE (again). After posting the previous update, I received a call from someone at the corporate office. She was extremely nice and apologetic about the issues we had experienced. A few days later, we received a gift card for our troubles. We ate at this location tonight, and the service and food were on par with what they should be. A manager came by and checked on us. Thank you for...
