Every part of this experience Monday was absolutely horrible. I ordered my food at intercom, and after I ordered there was a long pause, and then someone else came on the intercom asking if I've been helped. I explained I repeated my order and then proceeded to the window. When I reached the window, the cashier took my payment and then handed my card back. ...that was the last interaction for twenty minutes. 20 MINUTES!!!! I knocked on the window after 10 minutes and was ignored. I tapped my horn at fifteen minutes, and all I got was a look. After twenty minutes, I knocked again. Nothing. I then drove around front and walked inside. I took a deep breath and calmly asked what was going on with my order. The reply I got was, "Sorry, we're short-handed." I let them know they could've ay time come to the window to explain that, and I would've just come inside. My response was ignored, and I felt blown off. They didn't make an effort to apply any customer service to rectify the situation. Lastly, to add insult to injury, I got my order, and it was horribly assembled to the point of being ineatable. It was a lettuce wrapped burger, and the lettuce was wilted, which told me my burger sat ready on the shelf for a long time. Needless to say, they lost my business, and the owner needs to train his employees better on how to apply at least a little customer service. Read moreI stopped and ordered a large 5 piece chicken tenders meal for my daughter and I to share. We waited over 15 mins in line which I normally don't care, however once I got our food got all the way home, which is on the other side of town, opened up the box and I literally was served 1 chicken tender that was cut up into 5 pieces. I called of course she was apologizing and offered a refund plus to remake the food, so I had to again put my 11 month in the car to take the food back so she, the manager at least she said she was, could see but of course once I got back there she had already left and I had to explain myself and what happened again along with of course showing him what i got. I don't even know how a cook even thought that would be ok to serve someone 1 piece of chicken tender cut up into 5 pieces when we are paying $14 for a meal. I will never ever go back to this place. First and last time. What gets me is the lady who claimed to be the manager knew I was coming back and instead of staying to deal with the problem she ran away and had a kid deal with it. That's not a good manager to have, who runs away when there's an issue and cowards down. This place corporate should really take a look at with a manager like that and a cook who thought it would be ok to rip people off of their money that they were willing to spend just to eat. Read moreOur order was simple 2 loaded breakfast burritos and an El Diablo burrito. They weren't terribly busy two cars in the Drive-Thru and two customers inside eating. The El Diablo burrito came out with a stone-cold tortilla unmelted cheese and it was just thrown together with the filling falling out of it. We very nicely brought that back and asked if they could heat up the burrito so it wasn't cold. Then I took a bite of my loaded breakfast burrito only to find out it was a big country burrito. I took it back up there and told them they had accidentally given me the wrong kind of burrito and I would like a loaded burrito. my husband then took a bite out of his and it also was a big country. So far out of three items none of them was correct. When our loaded breakfast burritos came the tortillas were cold and had not been warmed , the eggs were cooked obviously, but the items on the inside were still frozen, this was including the meat items. We decided we didn't want to try 3 for 3 so we brought it back up there and promptly asked for a refund . The cook in the back was giving us death stares which made us extremely uncomfortable. We teceived our refund and left. I wouldn't waste your time with this location even though it's conveniently off the freeway as they couldn't do anything right when we were there...
