Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Imperial Beach

I went to Carl's Jr. at 8:30 pm. With my friend To have dinner. We were going to go in and order our food but the rude over weight possably the manager, Hispanic woman. Had already locked the doors. I knocked until she came to the door. I asked to be let in due to the sign read they close at 9:00 pm. She said No, I'm not going to let anyone else in go through the drive thru. I said we just want to order our food and go. She said she had a guy sleeping and she wouldn't let us in. There were other people sitting down eating in the lobby. I couldn't understand what the problem was. Then she said there was a huge mess in the bathroom which my friend said we don't need to use the bathroom we just want to order our food. She then said then go through the drive thru. I already closed down the register. She was Rude and not nice at all. She didn't have a name tag on so we didn't catch her name. Generally like Carl's Jr. But this is a poorly managed and trained staff and location. I was really excited looking forward to trying new guacamole burger was very disappointed the guy delivered it call it Jr guacamole burger it was very small and very this layer odwhat was supposed to be guacamole it was terrible I assure you very little avocado is this green substance. Years ago other Carl's Jr locations had a very good guacamole burger. This was extremely disappointing. Also they failed to give me a receipt then I saw a sign saying we welcome your comments use receipt follow instructions.. Yeah no wonder they avoid giving receipt. Very bad business, the took my money,I gave the manager $5.75 on a $2.69 order, he handed me back a nickel,I was on my phone and drove home to Ensenada, I called them when i got home and the said come in a bring receipt,i trew the reciept away,so i whent in twice and they treated me as if i where a scam artist.I never been more insulted ,they stole my $2.75.I work at a IB resteraunt near by and we dont discrimanate,they need corperate training on discrimination.They could havr made me a burger or refunded my money but instead made the sitiation as if i the custemer is the problem,when im the one that lost money.Why are they such angry discrimating people aloud to work for such a good...
