Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Been a long time customer, 1.9 miles away from Township line and 86th street location. Always had timely and positive experiences when ordering there other than this evening. Orderd pizza tonite as usual and given a 45 minute to one hour delivery time. After and hour and twenty minutes, pizza hadn't arrived. I called and told it was "going out the door". Thirty minutes later, no pizza. Spoke to so-called manager after requesting refund and he related that I couldn't have the pizza too. While I hadn't received the pizza it wasn't an insult until I thought of the veracity of the responce and negative experience in my communicating with said manager by the name of Piga. I was offered a fifteen dollar credit on future order, declined and certainly won't be recommending or using this place anytime in the near future. Being BS'd isn't a place I'd like to depend on. I'd actually suggest Davila in Broadripple. I should have ordered from them in the first place and it would have actually arrived with doordash. Wow, what a negative customer interaction. and after being lied to I wasn't even offered an apology when so many other eateries would appreciate a regular customer making regular orders only to be treated as if I wanted something free. No thanks! No Mas!

This is regarding the 86th and...

I’m disgusted with Jets store 1490 86th street. Tonight, I stood at my door for three hours and never got notified or my pizza. I called the store only to be told my pizza had sat there, no one knowing whose it was (it got lost in the mix) and it’s almost midnight and all their drivers had gone home! Now that it’s midnight-it’s too late to order anything else!!! You’d think this is bad; however, it gets worse!!!! MUCH WORSE!!! This is the THIRD TIME that SAME MAN has told me that SAME make believe story, right down to TIME (after midnight!). I will NEVER AGAIN order from this location!! In fact, I probably won’t ever give Jets my business again!! Hey JETS PIZZA, I’d like my money refunded from tonight and the last two times you took my money, said I’d be refunded and never saw a penny AND IVE NEVER SAW A PIZZA OR DELIVERY PERSON ANYWHERE NEAR MY HOME!! Business lunch delivery. Deep dish vegetarian, Pepperoni round, Cheese. Wish Google would allow half stars as would give 4.5 rather than 5 but food was 'good enough for the bump'. Now, Pepperoni crust was some of the best I've had - slightly singed on the outside, moist on the inside a result of a really hot oven. Good flavor, the sauce slight tangy, flat sweet. Now for the deep dish, it was 'ok'. My gold standard is Noble Roman's (from a full brewery restaurant not the gas station fast food outlet) deep dish sicilian. Jet's could use a little more fattening butter on that crust but for vegetarian was ok. I'd rate the Pepperoni round the best I've had, better than Noble Roman's so it's a fair match. I've had pizza in other locales (New York City, Chicago) and they have a tendency to like it really overthick and mucho ingredients, so I have a point of reference on the competition.
