Panda Express — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Oh my goodness, I just finished my food and it was perfect. They had to close the drive thru due to being short staffed but the workers in there tonight really deserve a raise!! Once I made it through the line, everyone was so fast. The chicken was fresh and the chow mein was the best I’ve had at a Panda. I only remember one of their names, but Hong was so incredibly kind and sweet, despite how busy they are right now. She even apologized for the wait (which I had not problem with). The man at the cash register was so friendly as well, and complimented my hair style, and the cooks are obviously doing a quick and delicious job on the food. Even though they were busy, they had everything available. Every time I come to this location, the entrees are way better and fresher than the other Indianapolis locations I’ve visited. Seriously, they have some great staff, and I hope they know I really appreciate their service tonight. Pls help them and properly staff their team tho! Placed an order through Door Dash. I've placed many orders through DD but this was my first one with Panda Express. I am handicap so I use DD about once a week. I have a Panda Express blocks from my house, but instead it went to the Panda Express in Castleton, about a 10 to 15 minute drive. I received my order and had no silverware, no soy sauce, no plum sauce, AND I specifically asked for sweet n sour for my egg roll and that too was not included. I called to report it because I believe a company cannot fix a problem if they are unaware of it. After I explained what happened she said, so are you asking for a refund. I said, no, I am not doing this to get money, I am notifying you so you can hopefully fix a problem which sounds like you are not interested in doing. Silence. She had nothing to say to that. I said, WOW, I guess I wont be using Panda Express anymore. She said ok. And I hung up. I have never had this kind of treatment at the 96th Street Panda Express. I will never use the one in...

No cap this is by far the worst Panda Express I've ever been to normally you can go to Panda Express and get way more food than what you can handle for a very nice price this one here Penny pinches the worst I have not seen anyone literally count out orange chicken and shrimp and pieces of steak that's cut up ever at a Panda Express as if they're trying to save some food to reserve the next day instead of making it fresh save yourself the headache avoid this Panda Express go to another one somewhere else to where they show you plenty of love and appreciation as a customer because a few of the different nationality women that were servers were very rude and disrespectful and also counting out the pieces of my meal and I wasn't the only one there were quite a few people that were surprised that possibly were new customers to this specific restaurant on this side of town save yourself to headache If you want Panda Express go somewhere...
