Smoothie King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Ordered a PB Swizzle. This is my go to because I love PB- Peanut Butter with my bowl. The bowl had a small portion of PB, so I asked if just a little more could be added (I visit all the SK across the Midwest and never ran into this issue). I was flat out told No. A bowl for nearly 15 bucks and an adequate amount of ingredients is an issue. Not interested in spending my money If my product isn't up to standard. Asked for a refund the manager was very condescending. Reached out to corporate told Refund would be 3-5 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Today is day 14, still no refund.

Beware of this location especially if you want your order CORRECT. OR IF you request a refund you will be waiting WEEKS. Going back to TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. Never had this issue when I get bowls from...

Terrible customer service. The manager and employee both carried a conversation for atleast 5mins after I initially walked in. I was the only customer in the building.

There was never a “hello”, “hi”, “welcome in” nothing.

Obviously their conversation was more important than greeting their customers.

Customer engagement and interaction is important if you are creating a welcoming friendly atmosphere.

I decided to leave cause clearly the feeling of “nothing be wanted” settled in.

I will never support this Smoothie...

We came for smoothies following our Spartan Race out in Attica and they were so good!

We got one Strawberry Kiwi, one Strawberry Lemon (employee recommended), and one Applie Kiwi Kale (this was an afterthought to get something green so it isn't pictured haha). The lemon and kale ones were our favorites!
