Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I order two drinks without ice. The cashier was great but the girl who made my drink was very rude. She tried to give half a cup of my drink stating it is due I said no ice. The manager supported this behavior. Starbuck is all ready high in prices to get more ice than drink. Still the girl in back ground kept repeating "you said no ice, so this is the amount u get without ice". Manager still supported so I got a refund n left will post on Soical media of this place being rude. Prejudice as well cause the lady behind me order drink without ice n she got a full cup of drink. She was Caucasian n I am not. Says a lot to me. The staff girl was Caucasian. Manager was "black". It was obvious she was scared of her staff. I will not ever go back...

Ive been coming here for a couple months and loved the service great energy and everything was freshly made. Recently Something has changed about this store ,my are poorly made if i dont get them very early now they seem to always be out of something. The workers seem super overwhelmed or stressed out im not exactly sure what but a shift in the atmosphere changed this Starbucks in a negative way. The staff is super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. It's located within walking distance to the canal as well as the downtown area.
