The food was good and the price was fantastic. The service was deplorable.

We arrived as a group around 12:00pm and promptly ordered. We had about 45 minutes before we had to leave and return to work. At approximately 12:15pm, the waiter brought one member of our group his food. Then he rushed off. It was odd not to serve the whole group at once, but it wasn't a big deal. We assumed more was coming. It did. Slowly. Sporadically and for everyone but me. By about 12:30pm everyone else was served and he ignored me and went off to other tables. A coworker told him that I still hadn't been served. He said okay and rushed off. He returned and asked me, "sweet and sour chicken?" I said no. He rushed off again. Then he returned with a meal and asked me if I had Mongolian Beef. I told him no, again, and stated it was terriyaki chicken. He ran off with the plate in his hand. He returned a few minutes later with my order. I had about 10 minutes to wat everything and pay because, at this point, most of my lunch hour was over. Most of my coworkers had already finished thier meals. I shoved down my food quickly without enjoying it and got my bill paid and out the door before we were late. Nobody apologized or comped my meal. It was absolute chaos in there.

My coworkers who have been before told me that they had better service when they visited before and this was not common. I'd go again and give them the beneift of the doubt that maybe this was a new waiter or maybe he was having a really really bad day. The food was good and reasonably priced. I just wish I had more time to have enjoyed it and someone had recongized me and...

The place looks awful, boxes everywhere, like you’re in a storage unit. The service was bad. I was not greeted when I walked into the door, I had to ask if it was “seat yourself” to which the host looked surprised and asked if I was dining in. Wouldn’t have been a question if he had acknowledged the one customer in the restaurant. The foo d was horrible. It came fast, but likely because it was precooked and sitting. I ordered a noodle dish which was to be stir fried, to my disgust I received what amounted to a slop soup. I informed the server that I was not please and his response was “that’s just how we make it here.” And refused to offer an alternative or options to correct the problem. Absolutely horrible customer service. It seems like this is not an uncommon complaint either, looking at the other 1star reviews.

Save your money go elsewhere, like a major chain. Noodles and Company would be a far better option.

*edit: now you see the business replying to “report me for card theft to the authorities” for leaving a bad review. Amusing because how can one steal their own card which was in their possession the entire time?

Also note the lack of response to the actual issue. Just an attack out of spite. Disgusting.

Yet another reason to not patronize this establishment. Racists, bullies, liars. I’m not surprised. Please have “the authorities” reach out to...

We ordered delivery last night, they called back to ask how much we would be tipping because they were closing the register so we tipped in advance and they said our order would take 45 minutes. An HOUR and 45 minutes later our food arrived, cold and very dry. We tried to call and complain but they had already closed at this point, as it was almost 11 pm and they are only open til 10. We picked at our food (lo mein and general tsos tofu) and threw the majority of it away. The lo mein had no sauce at all it was so dry and had an awful flavor. We called them today to complain and they refused to remake the order since we didn't keep it as proof that it was nasty. HORRIBLE customer service, that's not how you handle the situation when it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. They wouldn't even do a partial refund, we were offered 5 dollars off if we ordered AGAIN. Why would we order again after such a bad experience? We were regulars but unless management reads this and reimburses us (which won't happen) we won't be back.

UPDATE Just called back and asked to speak to a manager, the response was "who is this?" in a rude tone followed by a long pause and "no manager here" and they hung up. Worst customer service I have...

My first time here. I ordered the bourbon chicken, soft shell crab, spring rolls chicken wings, and spicy lamb. First off the wings were for my bf. This man loves chicken and this is the first time ive ever seen him throw wings in the trash. The wings were literally inedible, cremated, dried, dehydrated, possibly old, and should have never been sold. They were so hard and dry you could barely bite them. Never had soft shell crab so idk if its supposed to taste the way it does but, i was done after one bite. I liked the bourbon chicken i got ot with house fried rice. The spicy lamb was just that spicy af. Not bad i didn't expect all the juice which went everywhere when i tried to open the container. Loved the spring rolls. Will i go back possible cause the Also have sushi and ramen. I will never get them cremated wings again. I spent 58 dollars and im so made about that cause i wasn't that good🤦🏾‍♀️☹️

First time going here and the staff was very friendly. The sushi I ordered was fresh and very good. It was hard to pick though because the menu has a lot of options that sounded good. The service was very quick. The only thing that could be improved is the miso soup. Don't get me wrong but it didn't have much in it as far as tofu and what not. I'm definitely coming back to try other things on the menu!

A very nice Asian joint in Downtown Indy. They’ve got a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese cuisine to choose from, and they’re overall pretty fast! Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive to us. As for the food, I got the BBQ pork fried rice and it was amazing! The portions are huge too! The pork was delish and the rice was great too. Overall, not a bad Asian joint! I’ll definitely return.
