I would give them one star if it would let me I visited this location for the first time in my life and I will never! Go back here again I went up to order my food there were four people ahead of me one being a FedEx employee after he received his food no sooner did he walk out the door one of the workers said that FedEx man was about to get cussed out asking me did I hear him say lettuce and tomato! So instead of saying something for her being rude and talking about customers in front of current customers I’ve bit my tongue! When it was my turn to order I ordered a kids meal meatball sub the lady working made the sandwich asked me if I wanted anything on it I told her no she told me I could skip to the front of the line to pay for my food since I was not getting toppings. When the lady at the register who by the way was ghetto I tell her I had a meatball sub kids meal she then says we don’t have a meatball kids meal. I said OK the lady made the sandwich so can’t you just charge me for a kids meal she then starts to argue that’s what I’m saying there is no button for that and had me step aside so she could bring out other customers while they called the manager who had ran down the street to get food however one of the associates stated he’s not answering his phone he doesn’t have Wi-Fi and he didn’t have service for his phone he didn’t pay his bill! So then after two customers cut me I asked her to charge me for anything so I didn’t have to stand in line and wait for a manager to come back and she was very rude walked away and said you can help her I’m done with her so I said OK thank you please charge me so that I can leave she steps to the other side of the store still saying I’m done with her so finally a different lady rings me up charges me for a kids meal when I walk outside my receipt actually says mini meatball sub which makes no sense right! Then when I asked if they were a franchise no one knew I asked for the managers phone number they said they were not allowed to give it out so I go to Google to at least voice my opinion on Google! Steer clear of this establishment the rudeness and trashiness of the associates will surely keep...

My Whole family ordered sandwiches at this subway. Sent my son to pick up the order. On the app it stated that the store was open until 9 pm. Our order was messed up and we were missing part of it. I called 4 times before someone picked up. He said the app was wrong they supposedly only open till 7 pm, and the app should say that and it did not, and that his coworker had left and not told him there was another order on the app site. So the coworker fixed half the sandwiches for our family then decided, what the heck, its 7 pm Im off I don't have to do anything else., and I won't tell anyone there is more sandwiches to be made. I am really surprised by this lackadaisical attitude from Subway. The guy in the office said all food was cleaned up and he could not make the sandwiches. At this time it is 7:10 pm. Thats kinda quick to fix 4 sandwiches decide not to make the rest pickup at 7:05 lockup, cleanup and not do anything. The money for the other sandwiches was pulled out of the accounts. A confirmation was sent for all orders, and when they were ready for pick up, that was even sent out for ALL order. Yet half the dinner was missing. Hello, I went to this subway on Friday evening and I got total 3 vegetarian sandwiches with veggie patties. First of all the boss told the girl ring him up before my sandwiches were even made. I did not mind and paid it right away. When we asked for extra onions and extra olives , the girl tries to put on my sandwich but the boss man told me in my native Indian language that I don’t buy the ONIONS AND OLIVES FOR FREE. I tried to pay for the olives and he said no and that turned into argument because he thought that being Indian person, I probably don’t know how to speak English or I will not say something back. The people that we’re sitting down and eating also looked up because he had similar issues with the person that was in front of me. Basically all I got on my veggies was olives onions bell peppers and mayo besides veggie Pattie’s . This subway owner is plain rude and the subway is the one who is not paying attention and getting their name’s ruined or their reputation ruined because of bad ownership behavior. This subway needs to be closed down by subway company. This is happening to almost all of their customers when the owner is working their.
