I arrived at the Wendy's off Keystone at like 12:30pm on a Sunday. The parking lot was pretty empty and not many cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker to give my order and ordered a Ghost pepper chicken sandwich. The lady over the speaker asked if I would like that spicy or not. I said I assumed all ghost pepper was spicy, but yes I would like it spicy. She then said, "is that it" after every thing I ordered. I was ordering lunch for my kiddo and I so I had a few things to order. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed 2 cars just sitting ahead of me, they had already paid but were waiting on their food. They did not wait long, but one car received the wrong food. When I got to the window I paid and was handed my drink. The lady just walked away after handing me my drink. I noticed the drive thru was getting busier behind me. I waited at the window and no workers ever came back to the window. I then noticed the lady that took my money and handed me my drink was outside the restaurant talking to a car behind me at the speaker. She then walked up to the passenger side of my truck (the windows were down) and yelled at me to pull forward away from the window to wait for my food. She said, "what are you doing, you are holding up the line, move forward like everyone else" I had no idea that she wanted me to pull away from the window to wait on my food. She then called me an idiot. I told her to get a new job if she did not enjoy the job she had and that she was rude. When I got my food handed to me I asked for sauce for the nuggets and hot sauce for the chili, I was told they were out of all sauces and I could leave. The worked then called me a B**. I emailed and called the corporate number and was told I would get a call from the manager at the store. I have yet to receive an apology, a phone call, nothing. I spent over $20 that day. The service was absolutely horrible and I cannot believe Wendy's would keep employees that treat paying customers...
Read moreEvery time I come to this Wendy's there is a 15-20 minute wait and they mess up my order almost every single time. Today was no different. There were 8 cars in line outside so I figured I would go in and order. There was only one person in front of me and they already ordered and were waiting for their food. I place my order and step aside. 5 minutes later my fries are put in the bag. 7 minutes past my fries being put in the bag my sandwich, chili and potato were placed in the bag. I made sure to check the order because let's face it, the likelihood of them getting it right was slim to none...and I was correct. I requested grated cheese on my chili and liquid cheese on the baked potato w/ chives. The potato had no cheese on it and the chili had liquid cheese poured into it. I then requested for them to fix the order. Within 7 minutes of standing there the girl asked the guy who took my order 9 times what type of cheese I wanted in each one and never seemed to understand what kind. Again, 9 minutes after requesting the change I finally get the potato, but it is missing the chives and get the correct chili. By this time my fries are cold and I request another order of fries. I get the fries, drive home to only realize I should have checked the double baconator ordered because they screwed that up to by ensuring that the toppings were not put on it. Outside of Steak-n-Shake at Keystone and 46th Street this is the worst fast food joint on Keystone Ave. I will not be returning here except to ask for my money back! Highly recommend choosing Chick-fil-A, McDonald's or Arby's on Keystone Ave if you want fast food. Otherwise, you will wait at least 20-30 minutes for...
Read moreAVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS You will be better served driving far far away. Disgusting unkept parking lot Lobby was locked so you can only use the drive thru. This would not be so much of a problem if it didn't take so long. There were only a few cars ahead of me and I waited about 20 minutes to get to the speaker. I get it - I've worked in food service before - I was patient When I finally get to the speaker phone I'm greeted with attitude. "What'chu want" I only had a few items. She interrupted me several times in the middle of my small order with the total, huffing and puffing every time I had to inform her that I was not finished and she had to change things on her register. After about another 10 minutes I get to the window, she doesn't even tell me my total and just sticks her hand out, snatching my card from my hands She hands it back to me and hands me a bag, shutting the window and walking away The order she handed me was not mine. Looking at my bank statement she also overcharged me for the order I was meant to have She did not come back to the window so I had no way to get this fixed I pulled around the building to try to get it fixed in the lobby but as mentioned it was locked I tried calling and the number on Google is disconnected. By now the line had grown significantly longer and I simply could not wait another hour or more that it would take to get in the drive thru line.
If you go here, you too will be robbed Robbed of your time, and...
