Stopped by chili’s for the first time ever, worst mistake. From the moment I walked in I should have known that this wasn’t a good idea but even after the rude service of the young lady in the front I didn’t want to hold it against her and I still decided to give it a shot. My husband and I got a table at the bar the server stopped by and took our orders but failed to clean our table after I implied it was dirty. We got our drinks I ordered a mango margarita & my god it was so strong that it was literally undrinkable, I get some people like their drinks strong but that was EXCESSIVE! I let the server know that it was honestly just bad and now our girl server took over (a whole different server) and she brought me a mango lemonade instead which tasted like water!! at this point I’m just dissapointed. The worst part was getting my cheesecake before we even got our entrees I told them it was fine to leave it at the table (me already annoyed) I get my appetizer which was some kind of dip my husband asked for she came by and said there was no chips and they would take it off our check?? Aren’t you supposed to know that so the customers won’t order it. Like come on you bring it out too us just to let us know you guys don’t have chips.. so at this point I’m like are you kidding me ?? Then I get my chicken fajitas and the chicken literally tastes like rubber my guacamole was black!! Like it’s been sitting in the fridge for hours. Which I got way after I finished my food. I over heard two other tables complain about the service and got their money refunded but we didn’t. Like as a manager if more than one table is complaining you should go and ask the rest of the tables how they’re doing. I was just so over it I left. Seriously, pls look into a whole new team. Worst expirence I’ve ever had In a restaurant. The food is horrible! The restaurant is dirty. Atleast the staff “tried to help.” Will never go there again and def not recommending this location to anyone.. oh and to end the night the staff was arguing in the corner like the customers couldn’t hear anything, clearly there’s a problem.. they really need to do something about these bad reviews. Read moreSadly this was one of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant. It is really the only gig in town that is a sit down restaurant with a large menu, bar and such. But someone really needs to open competition. The area can support at least one, maybe 2 now.
We waited 15 mins to be seated, despite there being many open tables. That should have been our first clue. We were there at 10pm at night though, on a Mon, and we figured it was the only place open nearby like that, so we waited.
Once seated, we had our drink orders taken fairly quickly, but that was the only thing that happened in a timely manner. After that, it was a disaster.
We waited for nearly 45 mins to get DRINKS! When they came, the waiter (a different "runner") brought them one at a time! Why? The people across from us were there 10 mins longer than we were and they were still waiting for drinks! We had both gotten chips and salsa (which we didn't order) and ate the entire thing before we got drinks. Then waited 20 more mins for drinks. Which came wrong.
While we waited 45 mins and never got our food, not even our dinner salads, we saw multiple tables sit the entire time without being bussed. All the while the hostess sat on her personal phone at the entry stand. The manager walked around, but never bussed a table, nor brought drinks, nor food. Both should have been busting their humps helping out. How can you walk by un-bussed tables for over an hour and not do something??
And how about make sure drinks were brought long before 45 mins?!
This was unbelievable. I was actually in disbelief at the incompetence. Why would you not grab a large tray and bring all the people their drinks and hustle back for more?
We gave up after an hour, 11:15pm with no food. We waited another 8 mins to get our bill for the drinks, and were just about to throw a $5 on the table when the waitress came back and said they were on the house.
We will not be back. REORGANIZE, RETRAIN THEN REOPEN.
Or get out and let a well run business take over.

Read moreOur family wish we could give negative stars!!! On June 7, 2024, our family was celebrating our son graduating from 1st to 2nd grade. It was about 15 mins until we were seated. When we did approach our table we sat there for 10 mins before a random waiter with no enthusiasm gave us 3 waters (no hello, no welcome, no enjoy). As we are still sitting and waiting, the table next to our family had already been served by the waiter Kristy. Kristy passed by our table at least 2-3 times without any type of acknowledgement (no type of I will be right with you, it's a little busy bare with me ...nothing). We ordered an Iced Tea (with sugar on the side since there was none on the table) El Nino Margarita, Kid's Cheese Pizza/Fries, Double Old Timer Burger/Fries, 3 for Me with 6 oz Sirlon Steak, house salad and garlic toast along with lemons for our water, and extra straws.
Kristy was also the bartender, and 4 other chili staff members informed her 4 times about our El Nino Margarita, lemons, sugar, and extra straws. We asked to speak with a manager after another 15 mins passed by. Nicole, the manager, came to our table, and we explained our concerns, which were lemons, sugar, which wasn't on the table, El Nino Margarita, and extra straws. The manager (Nicole) informed us that she would personally bring us the items we requested herself and we haven't seen her at our table since. As we waited the entire 45 mins, the manager Nicole and the bartender/waiter Kristy both looked at our table 8 different times and never solved our problem.
We live 10 mins from the Inglewood location and drive 30-40 minutes out of our city in Buena Park (Store #786)to receive better service from the greeter,to the staff, the kitchen, and the managers!! The staff, along with the managers, comes to our table at least 7-12mins. Store #1094 should really be ashamed for their franchise giving poor service from the servers, the kitchen, to the managers.
