This is the worst store. I wont even begin with the new changes. The horrible app that fraudulently charges your card multiple times for your order. Then never recognized your order so when you go to pick up your food. They have no clue you exist. But charged well over a hundred dollars to your account. The instore manager clueless, stated they cant do anything. Call the 800 number. Call the 800 number they state the instore manager is the only one that can refund. Useless!The order doesn't go through. They won't answer the phone, when you do call the store. They never got the food order. I paid 4 times for! Then you are left to wait ans dispute the charges from your bank or play the back and forth game with Wendy's. Try doing all this while at work and ending up short 100 dollars. Have to wait up to 7 days for YOUR own money! Oh and the best part you and your office coworkers have NO food! This is all disgusting! I will never order, support, or eat wendys again! I have gone to that particular Wendy's for well over 20 yrs. This place has constantly gone downhill!
The store manager epic failure to you! Poor customer service! No care what so ever! The order should have been quickly made at no cost. And you should have agreed to look into the matter as the 800 number you told me to contact told me the IN STORE manager had to do the refund. Had you done your job as a manager. My frustrations would have been with the app. Not you or your store for sad customer service. Everyone would have gotten their food they waited so long NOT to receive and all I would have to be concerned with was getting my refund. I absolutely contacted corporate/customer service as you were no help! They informed me they sent a request to the location to refund in the event the 4 transactions processed. Read moreMy son and I were just getting back from a long road trip and were almost home. We stopped at the Inverness location for 2 combo meals ( simple order ) we ordered both with no onion and large in size. We have the same issue everytime we visit and that is our fries are cold and so being that we both work in the food industry and understand how hard it can be at times,my son requested ( saying please and thank you) hot french fries. Our drive thru employee that evening happened to be the manager (short light hair and looked 13) so we were sure that the request would not be an issue.He shut the window abruptly after taking our money and was back in less than a min.As he handed my son our bagged order he stated...HERE YA GO DONT BURN YOURSELF ON THE HOT FRIES and slammed the window. As we drove away I proceeded to feel the fries and he was correct they were hot ...10 minutes later when we arrived home I opened up the bag and discovered a large amount (15) dipping sauces all kinds including ketchup and salt packets (13) salts and (16) ketchup that we didn't request and the only thing we requested was hot fries only to find that the fries were thrown back into the grease and re heated which causes a hollow out effect ...sad that as a manager you not only let down customers who chose your establishment over the others but didn't care about all the money you threw away with all those condiments. Read moreThe last 4 or 5 times we have been to the drivethrough it resulted in a wait of 20-35 mins. Once you are far enough in the line you are trapped between hedges and curbs, no way out. They always have excuses for poor management, such as short staffing on Friday nights and computers being glitchy. Everytime we get to the window at least 2 other emplyees are standing around in the background like they cannot figure out what they need to do. This last time has resulted in the loss of my business. I was trapped in the line, unable to leave for over 20 mins. When I reached the mic they told me they cannot take cards. So only having $2 and change in cash on me resulted in an over 20 min wait for 2 small frostys, although we had planned a much bigger order. I asked them at the window to do all of the people behind me a solid and give them the courtesy of sending an employee outside to tell each car what was going on. Some of those people may have been on their way to night shifts and may have had no time left to stop elswhere or cash on them. Well, I was patronized over trying to expect a little maturity out of the staff there. I am done. That Wendy's needs...
