see update at the end Has anyone seen the menus for the meals That cattle dog has put out? I saw a wonderful steak dinner That was set for Wednesday night. So on Sunday, I ordered 2 meals online through their menu. Waited for it to be delivered on Wednesday and received a phone call at 6 PM. Telling me not only were they closed, but they weren't going to fulfill my order because they didn't get it before 2 PM today. I said I sent it online Sunday at 5:35 PM and paid that same day. I offered to send them proof but they declined. They told me to hang on and would call me right back. Their solution was, in their words, They have a leftover steak dinner that the manager can come pick up and bring to me. And they'll make me a flatbread. Needless to say, I will not be ordering one of their dinners again. And I told them to go ahead and just refund me. I'm thinking that's very poor customer service,
UPDATE--so, the owner reached out to me explaining they did find my original order that was placed on Sunday for Wed, he said how sorry he was for the mishap and not only did they refund me in full, they also replaced the meal for free. After eating the mean, it was quite tasty. I feel that was good customer service and as a result, I will be trying some of their other meals, just wont be ordering...
Read moreI really want to love this place especially with Starbucks coming to town. But the issue is they’re never fast enough and frankly the staff is never that friendly. The staff is either arguing between themselves, or they see him annoyed when you were ordering. The food is actually pretty good and their coffee is great. But the service is just not there. You always have to be ready to wait minimum 20 minutes to be able to get in and out the door, even when there isn’t a line. they always only have one staff member behind the coffee counter. Yet they always have at least a couple staff members in the kitchen who are just talking and hanging out. I feel so bad for the girl behind the counter as she’s struggling to get all of the drinks done and nobody jumps into help her when they see a longer line form. They clearly have plenty of staff they could use to move some of that staff behind the coffee counter to help the line go faster. Again, I really want to go here for my coffee but it’s not reliably fast enough for me to realistically go here all the time. Also, they were mopping the floors at 10 AM. It doesn’t make any sense if you’re trying to have people come to your coffee shop...
Read moreSo between two incidents at this establishment I have decided I will not be returning. I had a meeting at Cattle Dogs with at least 7 people each time. When my managers asked to use the conference table, they stated that unless every person bought a full meal, we could not sit there. Mind you this place is not super busy and no one was sitting back there. Then in one of the meetings they came over and interrupted our meeting to tell us that two of the people that brought outdoor drinks had to throw their drinks out. Mind you most people ordered stuff too eat and drink. First of all, you do not interrupt customers having a business meeting and to be so rude is unacceptable. Second of all, it is not like you were that busy that you could not allow this meeting to take place at that table. I have also heard from someone else that yesterday they also had a bad experience too. This should not be happening this frequently. There is a lack of good customer service at this establishment for mediocre food and overpriced drinks. I will not be a customer of this establishment ever again. And you have lost other customers from this agency who work right across the street. I do not...
