Newly opened. Beautiful, clean and minimal interior decoration with pink and white pastels adorned with vibrant paintings on the walls.

We found a coupon in our mailbox for 20% off total purchase so we stopped in after lunch. We arrived around 12:30ish and there were some patrons inside. They have plenty of menus to view while you wait - popular drinks, milk tea, fruit tea, cheese tea, Yakult tea, signature teas, and seasonal limited edition drinks.

We ordered the black boba milk tea and strawberry cheese slush. There was a lot of staff behind the bar, but do expect a bit of a wait time for the drinks to come out. I think it took roughly ~20 minutes.

The strawberry slush is finely blended and the cheese foam is extra thick! Very good but you gonna need a straw. If you try to sip from the cup, you're just gonna get cheese foam. After mixing it up, it tasted like a creamy strawberry milkshake.

The boba black milk tea is pretty good. Regular sweet was just perfectly balanced and the boba is soft and warm. They don't put a lot of boba so you might find yourself with a lot of tea and no boba lol.

Overall, pretty tea shop and a nice addition to the marketplace. I will have to come back to try...

I’ve been here twice. First time, everything was great. Boba and milktea tasted pretty good. Staffs were friendly.

Today, milktea and boba is down a notch vs last time. Still tasted good. But the vibe was seriously off today. Something was going on between the staffs. One super annoying thing was after my drink and others were done. One staff just decide to hang on to ALL of the drinks without calling any numbers on out receipts unless we came to the pick up station and asked for it. Otherwise it just sit on the counter. Nobody cares. They glanced at the receipt numbers on the cup, act like they don’t know how to speak. And continue making more drinks.

Until the customers feels like it’s taking ridiculously long to receive their drinks, came up and asked for it, only to find out it’ve been made 10 minutes ago, and just sit there on the counter along with others.

Meanwhile, one staff came in to start their shift, SLAMMED the door like they loathe...

Updating the score from 5 to 3. Not sure what happened to this store. Disappointing service and attitude. Very long waiting time (over 40 mins waiting at Saturday noon, and 15 mins delay after mobile said the order was ready). I can see the store attendants were extremely busy and almost exhausted. But would that be a reason to give customers a bad face and impolite words? Or maybe the store owner can make the attendants’ and customers’ life easier? Though customers can choose to not to visit this store any more. Below is my previous review posted in 2023 (unfortunately no longer applicable) “Great place!
