Food is usually good but the service is horrible at this location. Tried to order online the day before and the website said that store was only accepting walk ins. Called 30 minutes before arriving to place the order and they left me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me. Got to the store. They ignored me for a couple of minutes then when I tried to place my order the girl got an attitude saying it would take to long to make 18 sandwiches to which I told her about being left on hold, she said I should’ve done it online, I told her the website was not taking orders and she spouted off some other nonsense about the day before. Instead of arguing with her I just left. 4 people standing behind the counter barely doing anything. I do a lot of catering for my job from here but never again.
The company responded to this review asking me to reach out in a different way and to remove the review if I received a satisfactory response. I included all of that in the email as well. Read moreEinstein bagels in Las colinas normally is very good but this morning they decided to have their off game at my cost they did not get the order correct at all and I go to this bagel shop quite a bit and they know my order even before I order it so that was upsetting then I go and get my coffee and I accidentally hit decaf known for well that I need the caffeine and so I poured it in the drain there is no sign this is please do not pour your drink and a drain or what to do when there's a mistake so I did it I went and got the regular coffee and then the gentleman behind the counter started telling me well actually he was speaking in general but I was the only one standing there and he said please do not put your drink down the drain because it doesn't work so you get scolded like you're a three year old so my question is how was I supposed to know the drain doesn't work and instead of scolding me shouldn't you be on the telephone calling your person that does your drainage or your Coke machines or whatever and say this isn't work fix it so my recommendation is before you leave bagels Einstein you must check your order you must have clear understanding they must have clear understanding of what it is you want please if you make mistake about your drink we all do but apparently you're not supposed to so on...
Read moreMy experiences here lately have been subpar. The line is always long even when it is not peak breakfast hours. Lately I order curbside. Well today, the lady running curbside was lazy. I check in so obviously I am at the location. I watch her walk out look straight, look right and walk back in. Normally they exit from the door closest to where drinks are prepared and that's where I was parked. I then watch her go back inside and just set my order on the table. I get out my vehicle and go get my food. When I go in, I make eye contact with her and she doesn't acknowledge that she "didn't see me (she didn't look)" I started to address her or a manager but decided to write a review and file a complaint. This is unacceptable if I select curbside you are not aware if I am incapable of coming into the restaurant. The app is great and has the "check in" button but it serves no use if the employees don't look for you when you're there.
