I visited on 7/30/25 at 6:45pm. When I initially entered I was like dang it's hot in here. At first I thought it was just because the sun was shining directly inside of the entrance but as I got further into the restraunt it increasingly became even hotter. As I approached the register I stated to the cashier it was extremely hot in there and asked did they not have A/C (mind you it was 101 degrees outside), he stated the A/C repair guy wouldn't be available (understandable kinda, I say kinda because there are emergency A/C repair companies available). Anywho, I ordered a Gyro, the cashier asked would it be for here or to-go, I responded it was supposed to be for here but there is no way a person/ I would be able to sit in there and eat as I was already feeling as though I was about to pass out. I already had a super long busy day and had not eaten all day and was looking forward to just sitting down and enjoying a good meal (Speaking of meal, my Gyro meat was super dried out & hard and the lettuce was warped, what a disappointment). As I was attempting to pay for my food it was taking everything in me to stand there and not pass out on the floor, it was so hot I couldn't think straight, I was becoming confused and couldn't see straight. As I went to walk away and take a seat to wait for my food I felt a small glimmer of air, I looked over only to see a fan sitting pointed directly on the cashier. Wow.... I am highly disappointed in the owner of this establishment because I'm quite sure they are aware of the A/C being out. You mean to tell me you didn't have the decency to go to Home Depot, Sam's Club, Walmart or Target which is right down the road and purchase one or two industrial size fans to blow in your dining room so that the people paying to support your establishment could have a small since of comfort while dining until the A/C is repaired. Wow....
Update.... I'm response to your response to my rating. Not only was it hot in your establishment you completely over looked the fact that the food I ordered, the meat was dried out & hard and the lettuce was warped. It is understandable that things happen as I said, but the least you could have done was to go out and purchase fans for your dinning room for your customers or even offered a complementary bottle of water or drink to the customers who did support through the unfortunate situation with the A/C. Maybe, just maybe the customers that walked out maybe just might have ordered their food to-go or even dined-in had you had fans, or you could have just went ahead a closed for the day until the next day for the A/C to get fixed. With all due respect & honesty you can purchase fans for $20 each, you could have purchased a few fans to get you through that day of service & if you were that pressed for cash by choosing to keep your doors open with no fans for your customers you could have gotten a refund for them the following day when you got the A/C fixed. I'm just saying... Therefore, to do nothing goes to show how you really feel about the customers who supported your establishment. So yes 1-star for the overall atmosphere, 1-star for the food & 1-star for service which is an overall rating of a 1-star. You didn't respond by saying sorry let us make it up to you because we appreciate you supporting our Brand throughout the unfortunate situation, you respond with sarcasm. Reviews can always be updated or deleted by the customer. But due to your sarcasm you are left with a 1-star review and a non-returning customer. I am a business owner myself, and when I fall short of the mark even when things are no fault of my own, I offer my customers a discount on the service, I rather take the small loss temporarily for that moment in time because that's what makes my customers continue to come back when the...

I don’t even know where to start. Sadly, customer service isn’t something you strive for. I was dissatisfied by the incorrect explanation of what I ordered. I spent $20.99 and didn’t get what I wanted. Even worse, the cook didn’t want to even put an effort into making a correction that would neutralize my disappointment. If you’re in the customer service industry I expect you to serve me what I want.
I have lived in the Middle East and I know what is a shawarma, which is popular. If I was to order a shawarma it should come in a saj or paper bread. I was new to the place and I mentioned to the attendant that I was new but even then they lacked to share the knowledge that it wasn’t a “shawarma” instead a throw the meat into the plate and build your own shawarma kind of deal.
I can understand that y’all are swamped and don’t have time to attend to the customer but at least add some images of what you’re serving maybe in a form of posters. I was planning on coming back but when I was given the plastic bag and a box to go the plastic bag was inside the box. Come on people!! I don’t know where the plastic was in the process of it getting to you and you put it in that to go box.
I’m just not going to bother going back. I have more to say but yeah I...
