Ive been coming to this chick fil several times since i work 5 minutes from there. During lunch time its always crazy packed and drive thru takes long so I usually order on the app and pick up carryout. Yesterday during my lunch around 1:00 pm I got there and there was an empty parking stop at the front so i go ahead and parked there and wait for the notification when my food was ready. No more than 2 minutes go by and a employee comes up to me saying I could not park there. Keep in mind there was no sign nor cone saying otherwise. He said that parking was for drive thru ( for cars from drive thru to wait for their food if needed). I told him I was waiting for my food for carryout and he said I still needed to move. I didn’t made it a big deal so i just moved and had to park next door at Taco bell , since chick fil doesnt have enough parking for customers. I then go inside to pick up my food and I drive to my job to eat there. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal & Im literally a few bites done eating my sandwich when I notice a bug stuck to the bun on the inside of the sandwich. It kinda looks like a grayish colored ladybug. I immediately stopped eating & I didn’t had time to go back to chick fil a to show them cause I had like 5 minutes left from my lunch. I already complained through the app & they are supposed to call me within 1-2 days . Im glad I saw the bug before eating it or how knows If i ate some without knowing .They should be more careful when...
Read moreI recently visited Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The service time was exceptionally slow throughout my visit, starting from the moment I placed my order. It took an unusually long time for the staff to take my order, which set the tone for a frustrating dining experience.
The wait time continued as my anticipation grew for my sandwich. Regrettably, the preparation time exceeded reasonable expectations, making me question the efficiency of the kitchen staff. This prolonged delay not only tested my patience but also impacted the overall enjoyment of my meal.
To add to the disappointment, the process of receiving my order seemed unnecessarily prolonged. The delay in handing over my sandwich, coupled with an additional wait for sauces, was frankly perplexing. I found it challenging to comprehend why the staff was unable to provide a timely and complete service.
Specifically, the issue of receiving sauces became a notable point of frustration. It's disheartening that a simple request for an extra sauce led to an extended delay, leaving me puzzled about the efficiency of the service system in place.
While I appreciate the quality of Chick-fil-A's food, the significant delays in service and the apparent oversight in providing condiments have left me disappointed with this particular visit. I hope my feedback contributes to an improvement in service efficiency at...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I have had with a drive-thru. When we arrived there was a iine of about 8 cars and it was difficult to manuver because the car in front of us was awkwardly not in the line but clearly waiting. It took about 5 minutes to place our order and the worker had difficulty getting our order. We finally communicated with him and specifically confirmed that it was correct. (in particular getting an iced coffee -black. At the window the worker recited the order quickly and by then a sweet tea was added which we did not order and have no clue how that got on the order. (they said we would get a refund on our card) After getting the order and pulled away my son realized that the iced coffee had cream (we specifically ordered black) since we already pulled away I had to go back inside to exchange the coffee and being SAturday it was very crowded. (irritating) That was bad enough but when we got home, we were missing an order of chicken tenders (3 pc) so did not have food for one of our family members. To make matters even worse the food was bad and the fries and chicken we did get was over cooked and difficult to chew and tasted old. We probably will never go to this...
