Sharing the details about this restaurant is just a hell and a hand basket completely and utterly terrible the only thing that this restaurant cares about is labor and reviews then comes hiring Hispanics that are on the borderline of illegal and don't have that much documentation sending in false reports to the company training is not needed to work here nor anything really communication is terrible you would have a better chance of hearing God talk to her then getting communication from anybody here at the store how the company managed their employees and the pay rate system is terrible I don't recommend this job to anybody for anyone that doesn't know we have a new store manager most of the customers are Sadden by this change and I can confidently say that the employees do not like the new store manager also Friday and Saturday Sunday we do have a overnight the store is open 24 hours but the company has done nothing to promote that since that change has happened therefore they've also just really cut employees hours but they hire people constantly if anyone is looking for the friendly environment that they knew and once loved at the location you won't find it anymore it will just be hidden behind masquerades of a former staff that cared and was allowed to also I can most definitely say that most of the stuff in the store does not get cleaned regularly and the stuff that franchise only check is if we are saying are you using the mobile app if our area that we are working at is clean to a degree if the machinery that we use all the time is at a satisfactory level most of the equipment in the store actually does not work and they are aware of that but it would take too long to fix and too much money so they're not going to fix it so it would work properly and being a inconvenience to you as a customer and then blaming it on the staff for it being an inconvenience is what they like to do as long as sales are high that's mainly all they care about I'm not saying caring about sales is a bad thing but when you can clearly see that's the only thing you care about that is when it's a bad thing now back to the checklist that they care about it also goes down to the date and time the little stickers that we put on everything and if the food is hot and ready ( I wonder if I'll get a reply from Monica Anthony and or Minaj) honestly if I do it I'll probably just to be asking to take down the review I wonder if this is the longest review that they've had I wonder what it's like to get a uniform because we only get those close to inspections I honestly believe we're going to fail this the restaurant has become deplorable to the people that still want to come here that's great but I don't...
Read moreThis is by far the WORST mcdonald’s experience i’ve done ever had here. I was at the drive thru trying to order and the lady kept telling me over and over that she couldn’t hear me. I was trying to give her my mcdonald’s code and she told me again that she couldn’t hear me so i spoke up and said it louder she then told me that i didn’t have to yell at her. I explained to her and told her that i did not yell at her that i was only speaking up because she said she couldn’t hear me. She then told me that she’s not going to take my order because she doesn’t have to i continued to wait at the speaker to see if she would take my order after about 10 minutes she she came back on the speaker and asked me to place my order when i told her a combo i wanted she heard it just fine and then once i brought up the code she said she “couldn’t hear me” again and to pull forward. I pulled forward to the window and i was telling her the code again and she was like i can’t hear you and since you want to yell i’m going to refuse your order. I asked one of the other workers who was on the headset and he was like my mom is and i asked him why is she being rude she asked me to speak up and i’m speaking up. she then closed the window and locked it and refused to take my order. I’ve been in the fast food industry for years and i’m currently an assistant manager for juiceland this ladies attitude is horrible and foul and i truly hope i never have to go through something like this again. Today's example of customer service was terrible and enough to write a review about. I ordered a quarter pounder and fries for lunch in preparation for a 2 hour meeting and found out that I had received a filet-o-fish instead (which I had no desire to eat). After my meeting was over I returned to the location expecting a correction and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, but when I asked for compensation the manager(s?) laughed and told me that I should have checked my own meal for accuracy. When people repeat my order to me at every window, is it my fault that the order I received was wrong? Then I was offered a drink (which I declined because I had a drink) and fries (which I already had, so I didn't want it). I suggested maybe they should comp my next sandwich and they laughed at me and brushed me off.
But here's the kicker. I told my friend about this and he decided to call in to complain for compensation. Apparently when he told the story they apologized to him and offered him a free meal to redeem anytime, no questions asked. So apparently I bring back the wrong lunch to get it corrected because I am starving and am told that I get no compensation, but someone can call in pretending to have received a wrong meal and get compensation?
