Chef David Dotero and his favorite Sous Chef Amanda have created the most unique, finger-licking, “mmmmmm” inducing menu full of complex flavors and fresh ingredients. I had the pleasure of trying Love Bistro at the Marathon Food Truck Jamboree, and it was hands down one of the highlights of the event! We ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Bowl and the Fried Chicken Elote Bowl, and both were absolutely phenomenal – perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor.
