Suburban Soul — Local services in Issaquah

Hello ,

I thought I would give your Issaquah location one more try since I live so close. As an owner of a company I would want to know if someone didn't shop with me because of one of my employees so here you go!

I use to shop at your Bonney Lake location, then you moved to Issaquah so I shopped there. Since you moved to Gilman I have had three VERY BAD experiences the latest today. I won't return to your store again, the employee you have working is RUDE and NOT helpful. When I walked into the store today" I walked around looking at things, she didn't even knowledge I was in the store or make eye contact with me. She had a discussed look on her face like she HATES her job! I asked are you participating the sidewalk sale, she replied " ya you passed the rack outside". RUDE. I was the only customer in the store!

I will drive into Bellevue before I EVER buy anything from your store. Good luck, your defiantly loosing customers one by one. There is to much competition out there to deal with that!

If you don't believe me I can have others write you as well, or one step further why don't you send someone in that she dosnt know and see the LACK of customer service or welcoming they...

Well I love this store, they helped me shop for a trip to Mexico and love everything i got there and still do. that was last winter and the quality of everything is wonderful.
