Arby's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Ugh i hate to be a jerk maybe im having a day but we went there as a family & my daughter got a tenders kids meal ($5 & change) w apple juice right, all our food comes out without the tendies ok cool no worries i get it as ive worked in food for yearrrrz. I go say something, theyre super chill but they ring me up for just a 2 piece tender & its $5 after i had just paid over $5 for i guess just a mac n cheese & apple juice?? God so whatever i paid & went on w my dinner but $10+ for a kids meal is crazy like 🥲 IN THIS ECONOMY TOO???? Just hurt a bit haha otherwise, experience was cool. My daughter being the last one to eat bc the cashier misheard me sucked & then having to pay more than i paid for my meal…for a kids meal is just crazy as they really couldve comped the 2 tenders for the meal in my opinion idk fast food is fast food...

Had the Reuben sandwich with curly fries and a fruit punch water mix, since I am diabetic and trying to watch my sugar intake.

This place is always clean and organized, counter workers are polite and greet you with a smile. Sometimes hard to find in this day.

I wanted to drink the diet Dr. Pepper but the nozzle was not on the diet Dr. Pepper and couldn't use it. I ate the Rueben because I was Hungary but it missed the mark big time. No grill on the rye bread, swiss wasn't melted, lacked flavor from the thousand island and very little meat. The sandwich was like eating a flappy meat sandwich. Curly fries are always hitting but I will never order the classic Reuben.

Shot out to the employees who work there is not there fault Arby's doesn't know how to...

Dined in. Took someone forever to even realize we wanted to order. The floors were so sticky my flip flop fell off my foot. 90% of the tables were full of food. The drink/condiment station was covered in spilt drinks and no napkins at all. The food was terrible. For greek gyros they just use ranch sauce. The roast beef sandwhiches were a pink/reddish color and tasted stale like they were sitting awhile or microwaved. There were 3 workers- gowever it wasnt busy at all so no excuse for the messiness. And the whole kitchen was filled with boxes all over the floor leading out the back door- which was propped open the whole time. (I know thats against security protocol). Such a beautiful building but not kept up or clean. Wont be returning to this...
