Wendy's — Restaurant in Jackson

I went into the Wendy's at 4:00 pm on high Street and sat down at a table waiting on my wife and kids to get there so we could eat dinner and I had just gotten off of work from my full-time job that I work 50 hours a week. While I'm sitting there the manager was loudly telling her employees to tell me that I had to leave that I couldn't sit and wait for my family to get there because they assumed because I had been working all day and my clothes were dirty and because I was white that I couldn't afford to eat there . They never asked me anything! I work construction so yes my clothes were dirty and I can also buy everyone in there a meal! I have never seen this kind of racist behavior nor I have I ever been treated this way and I will never eat at any Wendy's establishment again. Visited this location 11/14 before work(around 7am). There was a team of workers inside but no cashier. They flagged me down to the pick up window to place my order(because they couldn't work the speaker) then they asked me how much my meal "normally" costs. After about 5 minutes, they'd fixed my food and came to the window (food in hand) and repeated my price back to me. I pulled out my debit card and because she didn't know how to work the register, she refused my card and kept the food. But even if I had cash, how would they provide change? It's sad that noone is cross-trained to be able to keep things flowing in case someone(in this instance the cashier) doesn't show. And also, where is/was the manager!!??? Was interrupted twice when trying to finish giving my order. Both times it was to say thank you for your order pull up please. Was given our drink without a straw. When given the bags of food I checked for a straw and there was none. Turned to ask for a straw and the lady closed the window. Sat at the window for another 5 mins before the lady opened the window again and asked for a straw. She replied "didn't I put one in the bag?". I said no and then closes the window and takes another 30 secs to give me a straw. I get back to work and I was not given any sauce for chicken nuggets even though i asked for both BBQ and Ranch.
