Gregory Paul's (Freshly Prepared Meals & Catering) — Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach

My daughter and I were hosting an engagement Brunch this past weekend and my first thought for food was Gregory Pauls! I live out of town and it was being hosted by a family member so I wanted the least amount of work possible. I contacted Greg about a menu and for some suggestions that I did not see on the catering menu on line. Greg did not disappoint. We had a French toast casserole that was super delicious, peppered bacon that was cooked perfectly, mini quiches that were so flavorful, crab cakes that were perfectly seasoned, beef sliders, and roasted vegetable orzo salad. There was not one thing better than the other it was all amazing and everyone raved about the food. Greg delivered and set everything up and made the day stress free along with satisfying everyones taste buds from the sweet to the savory. We will definitely look to Gregory Pauls for our next function, in addition to the nights we don't want to cook and stop by for a prepared meal! ...

We were celebrating my 50th birthday and decided to get appetizers catered for about 40 guests. Greg and his team were really thinking with us on what to get, how to set it up etc etc, just ahead of the event. Pricewise, very affordable without stupid “event fees”, minimum spend etc.

Then at the day of the event, the food was all ready and his staff had it all set up and ready. Then during the party they walked around with platters to hand them out in addition to the buffet that they set up. The food was absolutely fantastic and we got many comments from our guests how great the food was. Once the event was done, the cleaned everything up like nothing happened.

Gregory Paul’s is outstanding!! I will summarize, then articulate in more detail. 1) delicious flavors. 2) perfect meal sizes 3) simple preparation. 4) great customer service. We have been getting meals, salads, desserts and sides from Gregory Paul’s every week since we first discovered in March, and each menu item is better than the next. The flavors are delicious, the serving size is perfect, and the preparation on the dinner meals is simple and straightforward. Greg and his wife are awesome in running this. The website is intuitive, well organized, simple to understand. And ordering is very easy , the order is always ready, and the front counter staff is friendly and professional. We highly recommend...
