Terrible experience with the person at the window. Ordered online, went to drive thru to let them know I was there. The lady I was talking to was short and rude the entire time and told me I should be in the online order parking spots. Cool, so I go park there and they only give me part of my order. They didn't tell me this but I always check before leaving. So I go back through the drive thru and after waiting a few minutes she finally comes over the mic to tell me to hurry up and order because it's late. It was 1:30 and they would be open for another half an hour. I explain that they missed my chicken sandwich and she first replies by acting like she doesn't know what I'm talking about until I explain further when she changes her tone and gets even more rude stating that it's late and they don't have grilled chicken. So obviously she knew this when giving me my order and choose to say nothing. So I asked if I could have fried chicken instead. This angers Cthulhu further and she insists that they don't have any chicken. So I ask if I can get a refund and it just just starts what I imagine to be rabidly spitting into her headset or possibly franticly casting some kind of crazy lady spell until I finally just give up and leave. I feel as though she were attempting to suck my soul from me body as I departed so I was sure to pour a circle of salt around my home once I returned. Read moreJust ordered 6 burgers for my family and every burger was over done or stale to the point where the chicken was inedible, it was tough and chewy. We called to complain about the food and were told that we should come back but the store was more than 40 minutes ago. The guy told us unless we come back right now to get the food remade, but we were not willing to drive 40 minutes back to the store and the staff member on the phone asked how he could solve our problem. So we asked him how he could help us and he said he couldn't and he then went to tell us that we shouldn't have even bought the food there and that was his best solution, we were then lied to when we asked for his name and then passed onto a different lady who repitidly lied to us about the where abouts of the manager. When we explained our situation to her she went on to tell us that it is not her problem and she can't help us. The manager eventually resolved the issue and credited us but the overall experience was horrible and we could here the staff giggling in the background and they had a blast telling us off as we complained about bad food. Read moreVisited the Jax Beach location on 3/5/25 and ordered a grilled chicken wrap combo (fries and a Coke Zero) with a 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. Everything tasted horrible - grilled chicken in wrap was BARELY luke warm, fries were so salty and luke warm and the chicken nuggets were luke warm, overcooked, dry and burnt. Oh, and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce.The ONLY good thing I had from there today was my Coke Zero. They weren't even busy so there is no excuse for the poor quality of food. All of the food tasted old. Their food and service need serious improvement. There was a Wendy's located closer to my home and that too, was horrible (both in food and service). It has since closed down for (I'm assuming) these reasons. I paid $14+ for food that is most likely going to make me sick as a dog.
