While their menu shows prices for small cups they refuse to make them which means when you get enough points finally built up you will not be able to use the rewards. When I asked them about this they just stared at me blankly as if they had no idea what to say. I understand they want to make the most money but if your menu shows prices for something then you should probably have that as an option to order!
