This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in any business. Firstly. I go through drive through because I don’t want to go inside the business. At the drive thru they don’t have a list of the ice cream flavors. They are never busy so I suggested I pull up to the window and they tell me the flavors. They said they weren’t doing to go back and forth to give me the flavors at the window and that they can do it better inside or at the speaker. I listened at the speaker for the various flavors and decided on a flavor - 2 scoops in a cone. Pulled up to the window to pay. When they gave me the scoop on a cone I simply asked for a cup as I was driving and wanted to wait till I got home to eat. Two different persons came to the window to question me as if I was asking for too much.asked the cashier if I could suggest something. Either have a list at the drive thru or at the cash register the cashier said I can come back and suggest that to his manager. I said to him I have no idea when your manager is going to be around. Maybe you can pass that on the him or her. Well that be came a whole back and forth because he insisted I do it. This young man maybe an adult in age but his mental capacity is very limited. Talked over me. And wasn’t proactive. Very defensive as if I was attacking him. If this manager reads this I would suggest you take a page from chick-fil-A. They have problem solving skills. There should have been a list at the register to begin with. Definitely not...
Read moreI used to order a cake from Baskin-Robbins located at Southside Boulevard and changed to this location as prior location messed up my cake orders two times for my kids birthday and on one of the occasions they didn’t even return my money and I noticed it pretty late.
I ordered came from here during those times and had a decent experience until now .
I have a cake ordered for pick up for sep 1 and when I came to pick up today, I was told that the cake is not there and took my number to call us back by staff .
I got Call back saying that the cake is indeed present and ready for pick up so I had to travel back again to pick it up.
When I came back again to pick up for the second time the person working now there says that there is no cake order in my name and had to come back. I asked him to check back pain after three repeated requests finally they found a cake and returned it and had a not a pleasant customer service experience during my conversation.
There is no communications between staff members. I requested for manager number and reported they they don’t have it .
I need to look beyond Baskin Robbins at this time for any...
Read moreVery bad customer service. Friday 6/21 830pm. Young man was very rude taking orders for me and my friend who where there with our two boys. He seemed very annoyed by us looking and talking to our kids about what ice cream they wanted (my son is 3) and rushed us through ordering. A little after us sitting down… who I assume was the manager same one who took our order.. this young man, kicked everyone out of the dining area stating they close at 9. He went around table to table, I did not hear what he said as he said something to us in somewhat a whisper and kept walking. I seen the other couples leaving so I went to the desk to ask him what he said. And he stated “I said we close in 9minutes” looked at his phone and said “it’s 3 now”.
