Visited this location at 11 am with three cars in the drive through and no one waiting in lobby. We were greeted by no one and we patiently waited at the counter for 5 minutes for our order to be taken. The wait would have been acceptable if they were busy but it seems that they were having POS machine issues. Well enough, that happens but the level of customer service that was provided during the issue was zero. It was obvious they were frustrated as they raised their voices and stomped around the store complaining about the issue. While we waited an employee had come back from break only to be yelled at upon walking in that they had already been clocked back in and to start working in the back. As we sat and waited for our food but still unable to pay the man who I can only assume to be the manager came in, telling the employees that he was aware of the computer issue that they were having (but still left them alone to deal with it while he ran to the bank) as we waited we were referred to as “those people” even though they ask for your name when they take your order. The manager then started asking employees and or us the only customers in the store who’s truck was parked in front of the building, claiming that we had taken up two parking spaces. We had parked clearly within the lines. It was then explained that he was only joking but there was no smile or hint of sarcasm in the mans voice to be noticed. It’s not so much one thing or the other that would have made this experience so unpleasant but the combination of it all. We will not be returning to this establishment as there was NO attempt from any employees or management to maintain a base level of professionalism in the work place. Very disappointed.

Waited for a long time to get to the window to order.
When we get to the window we wait a full 12 minutes (we timed it) before anybody comes to take our order.
Before we can order a worker tries to hand us smoothies. It seems as though the people before us didn't want to wait that long and just drove off.
When we explain the smoothies aren't ours and try to order, the worker let's us get about get about 5 words into the order before HE WALKED AWAY from us without a word to us.
Another few minutes pass and another worker comes to the window to take our order. He doesn't write down our order or offer us sides. He seems agitated when we order sides and asks us to pull forward. Doesn't that reset the timer so that they don't look bad about just how long they've made us wait?
When we finally get our order, they forgot our sides and got my order wrong. This is why you write down the order. I didn't return it because I was beyond annoyed at that point.
Moral of the story: Don't have a drive through if you can't make a product fast enough to facilitate the throughput.

While there are many amazing people working here that I adore this situation was completely unexuseable. The way the manager I believe his name was Steven. He was completely rude and disrespectful. While I was trying to place the order he kept stopping my order to ask the worker to do something. The first time I was ok with it figured it’s important. Once we got to the 3rd and 4th time I was completely exhausted and expressed my frustration with his constant interruptions bumbarding the young worker with a honey do list ! In which his response to me was “You can wait” and he swirled around and continued to hound the worker. The poor worker seems so stressed. Once Steven walked away the worker apologized many times. I placed my order and was going to leave but I felt like there needed to be something done about Steven. I asked the worker for the managers name and contact.
