Okay first of all this is the way a Blaze store front should be! Great! The employees from Joey the manager who was genuine and so helpful, he really is a great guy who I had the pleasure of speaking with about the business beginnings and even offered a dessert for my daughter. Definitely made my day as she lost her father and made my heart smile. Devon, the younger spikey Blonde haired gentlemen and a few people I must get names for Google are awesome! Greetings by name,a smile, and work wise above and beyond! A young lady who prepares as well as works the ovens is manager material, a hundred percent she knows exactly what she is doing! I will get her name as well. Just the way she makes you feel at home, great eye contact, top of the line service. One time we laughed as I distracted her and my pizza fell going into the oven ( I am a waitress and totally understand) and she gladly made me one even better by the time I kept apologizing and this is the young lady that deserves recognition. A young male white helped with my blaze points to redeem my Free 11 inch pizza was very nice as well. I love the variety, concept, freshness and atmosphere! If you want the Blaze experience, go to Nautica drive and I believe the manager Joe is AMAZING! A few ladies are right up there as well. I wish I had names so they could see this.After feeling full yet refreshed as the salads and fresh lemonade go perfect with a pizza pie- I realized it is faster, cheaper, as well as actually Great food where you can have useful points and can pickup or sit down for cheaper than the average fast food options- I wouldn't go anywhere else! Where else can you get a side salad filled with rich berries and different cheese's (all you want also!), High fructose corn syrup free dressings that are divine, A oven baked pizza pie that you can top with your favorite meats or even do a veggie pizza with healthier options, get a dessert for free for just entering your phone number, and have your table cleaned and have a group of smiles looking at you as you walk in and leave?! Not many places these days! The dream team gets another ten from from family and I ! Thank you to everyone at this location. You make it worth it! This was our first trip and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful everyone look like they enjoy their job. Presentation of ingredients it was excellent everything look fresh. Pizza came out fast it was hot and delicious. Good selection of drinks Coke mix was spot-on. Manager visited our table and several employees came by to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be back again. Update Friday January 31st 2020. this place continues to rock! We have been back several times since our initial visit and since my initial review. Each visit has been just like the first. I appreciate their consistency. On this visit when the manager stopped by to check on our table I took the time to share our experience with him. Once again each member of the team was performing at a very high level everyone was helping everyone and the manager was bussing tables picking stuff up off the floor and working the line making pizzas, very impressive. He holds his employees to a high standard and set those standards by example. What a great business model, what a great execution, and more than anything what a great pizza! Sam Sam Sam! Sam is one of the most patient, kind and compassionate person I’ve met. His ability to manage and direct his coworkers while under pressure was amazing. My husband and I were present during one of the days that they were short staffed and only had about four employees present. It was lunchtime and Sam how to make a decision to stop allowing walk-in orders and only go to online orders due to being short staffed and behind on the online orders. My husband and I were one of the last few walk-in orders that was able to sit and eat in store . During this time Sam was yelled at, ridiculed and treated poorly due to people having to wait for their pizza and due to the online orders being backed up. He remained patient professional and constantly communicated with the customers throughout the entire process. The patient’s and professionalism he showed during this visit was nothing like I’ve ever seen especially for a gentleman of his age. Well being yelled at over something that was completely out of his control he’s so manage to call the customer sir ask him if he needed anything else asked if you needed any help with anything continuing to do his job and attempting to catch up on the online back orders. My husband and I go to this location frequently and whenever we’re there I’m always sure to say hello to him and I speak to the manager and let her know that she has such a great associate working for her....
