The little white girl who was working tonight July 9th 2024 at 9:40pm. I came in to pick up an order placed at 9:05pm for Ericka this the order took 30mins to make and while I was waiting 6 other people came in and she sees me standing next to my food waiting for the milk shake to be made for 11mins she looks at me with a ugly look and makes a milk shake for one of the customers who came in 20 mins after me and walks off to the back room not making my milk shake when I was there before that person I walked out tonight you guys have a nice time holding onto half an hour old food that girl needs to get fired ASAP disgusting attitude and has a unpleasant look on her face every time I come in she looks like she hates everyone and moves super slowly (Short female, white, dark hair with a unlikable face) get this girl out of this location this is the 2nd time I had to walk out cause she was...

The hamburgers are great, but they do not know how to fry crispy fries. So, I stopped ordering fries. I went back on yesterday (5.24.19). Decided to try the fries again. Not only were the fries not crispy, but the service was horrible. The young man who was preparing the fries was rude. The guy preparing the hamburgers saw him be rude and said nothing. I am now done with this location. If I go to a Five Guys, I will have to find another establishment. I would give it a zero, but since a zero is not allowed, this business is now rated at a 1.

Try Lunchbreak off of Edgewood Ave. The hamburger tastes homemade. They are open till 3 pm, but the service is top notch and the establishment is clean. Today was a great day. I’ve been to this location about four times in the past year and it’s always pretty good but today was amazing. Today I had the pleasure of eating the absolute best burger at five guys ever and I have visited several in different states and locations. Nate was on the grill today and the burger literally melted in my mouth. I normally take half of my burger home to have later but today I scarfed the burger down so fast nothing was left it was perfect. The fries was very well made also, the place was clean which I’ve always seen it clean, the cashier was really sweet and I noticed that the manager was hoping around helping out everywhere.
