Whataburger — Restaurant in Jacksonville

they need to hire people instead of working thier employees to max and running them wild only 2 or 3 people at night and one is a mananger not great .thats why it takes so much time to get food out and if its that busy allow o.t to employees instead, sense yall cant do schedule right for the manager at night .yall know yall are going to busy slammed from one hour to the next do better at having more employees at night ..chick fil a so good that they dont have to be open on sundays just to make sales thats because they do know how to manage a business and schedule ..either get help at night or start over with new management and hire people that are willing to work and not work others like they are right now .i understand its a business but come on .get more employess if people cant show up or be on time or always calling out let them ho !! sense they want to always stay home let them stay home sense they cant make it to work..yall already dont have enough people to fill in spots for the missing and i believe if the managers dont see the patteren they need to be let go as well cause...

What a long wait? Why stay open 24 hours if you’re unable to adequately support your customers. This was by far the slowest service I’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. Zero sense of urgency. Please close this location at 11pm. Never again will I subject myself to this kind of service. The manager needs training and the owner needs to have their hands on this location. The food was as bad as the service. Someone owes me a meal.

Burgers and fries are normally pretty good. The service is normally on the bad side. The worst thing about this store are the fountain drinks. They are disgusting! They obviously do not use any kind of water filter because you can taste the Jacksonville tap water all in it. Other locations I've been to do not have this problem. FIX...
