Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I come to this place every single morning at 7:35am Monday through Friday because I work in a business plaza 1/2 mile down the road. I order the exact same thing every morning. Although it tastes different every day depending on who makes it. This morning I ordered my usual large and walked to the end of the counter to wait… after a few mins an employee came and shouted out “small iced coffee”… mine is always a large, every day… so I didn’t say anything. No one else spoke up so he proceeded to say “small iced coffee, 4 French vanilla, 4 caramel, 7 cream and 7 liquid sugar” … so I spoke up and said it’s mine, supposed to be a large. He looks at me and says “well it’s a small” … I said “okay I don’t want all that stuff in a small coffee, can I have it large please” he walked back to the person who made the coffee, told him it was supposed to be large to which he said “well it’s a small” …. The other employee then poured my “small” coffee into a large cup, added a scoop of ice and a drop of iced coffee and handed it to me. It tasted absolutely horrible. Literally like liquid sugar for having all those ingredients in a small instead of a large…. Apparently it was too much of an inconvenience to make a drink correctly. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at an establishment I have to go to due to geographical location. It’s a hit or miss daily if I’ll like my coffee or not and if the customer service will be good or bad… it’s a shame such a famous establishment has such bad...

To everyone that is reading this review do not go to this Dunkin they are not clean when it comes to fixing ppl food they place ur food on metal to fix ur food they do not put anything down to put your food on I watch the lady put my food that I ordered on the metal play with her phone then she picks up the food off of the metal table and put it in the oven then she takes it out and starts to put my order together as if I didn’t watch her do all the things she did before putting it in the oven now I don’t know bout anybody else but for me ur not gonna feed me like that then when I said to the lady I’m not bout to eat that and I wanted my money back she said that they don’t do refunds so another worker said that she would pay me out of her money because that wasn’t right just know this place is not a good place to...

Walked into this branch , I hope I got the correct one to leave this review it is on Duval and airport rd Jacksonville and close to the Holiday inn hotel. As soon as I entered a hearty good morning from the staff. One guy was mopping the floor , everyone was so pleasant. It was around 915am on the 26th June 2025. I want the owners of this establishment to know this about the team on duty on this day. They need to recognized for their professional conduct. We were heading home to south florida and it was so nice to see this service at a Dunkin. I just read some reviews about rude staff. I have to mention everyone on this morning shift were black and were all great and professional. I noticed with the reviews the owner does not acknowledge any.
