Jaxfadez, situated at 13141 City Station Dr suite 154, Jacksonville, FL 32218, initially left a lasting impression with its good vibes, awesome personality, and great customer service, particularly from Terrie the Barber. My first visit resulted in an exceptional haircut experience that exceeded my expectations. Terrie's skill and attention to detail ensured that I left the barbershop feeling confident and satisfied with my new look. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism added to the overall positive atmosphere of Jaxfadez.

However, after subsequent visits, I made the decision to stop returning to the barbershop. While I still appreciate the ambiance and quality of service provided by Terrie, I found myself feeling as though I was being asked to pay more than what I considered reasonable for the services rendered. As much as I enjoyed the experience initially, this aspect ultimately influenced my decision to seek alternative options for my grooming needs.

Despite this change in my patronage, I want to emphasize that my overall impression of Jaxfadez remains positive. The atmosphere, personalities, and customer service, especially from Terrie, are commendable and deserving of recognition. While it may not have worked out as a long-term fit for me personally, I have no doubt that Jaxfadez will continue to thrive and attract satisfied customers like myself who appreciate their commitment...

I do not recommend this location whatsoever was treated horrible two different times the very first time I was supposed to get charged $30 and it was clearly stated I was supposed to get charged $30 and was charged $50 . And he could not get a good reason of why he charged 50 when there was clearly a special up that said $30 for first time my second time going I had an appointment when I get there on time for my appointment they're so unprofessional going to yell across the shop and say I got two people ahead of you but I was on time for my appointment they are very unprofessional highly not recommended at all don't waste your money or your time this place is a joke a disgrace and also is about to get reported to the better Business bureau I don't usually write reviews but this place was worth giving the negative review because they do not deserve anyone's money treating customers unfair again I recommend that you go somewhere else for your haircut and...

This review is the culmination of several trips to this shop. To make a long story long, there needs to be an overhaul in the way this shop is ran, starting with the check in process. I get it we are in the computer age but the whole process of checking in and inputting all what you want into a tablet just seems like over-kill. Next issue I have is there seems to be a shortage of qualified barbers, Buster seems to be the most experienced in the shop. It's frustrating when you are a paying customer and you are waiting on Buster and you're 4th in line and Buster is at another barbers chair cutting their clients hair is unacceptable. This location is a gold mine but not respecting people's time will be the demise of this shop. Overall just a poorly ran shop. Hopefully they get it together because the demand is obviously there.
