McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Ok so the young man who took my order was not supposed to be working there. Kept sniffling into his hand and the lady that corrected my order completely made up for it (Blonde lady that was possibly management and moving pretty quick). Fixed my order and didn't waste the food. I don't know why McDonald's would make a chicken sandwich with NOTHING on it 😕. I don't eat there much so the menu is not confusing but why get a piece of chicken and a bun? The chicken was really good once I got the "deluxe" which had literally half dollar sized tomatoes 😳. If we want our kids to eat well why do that? And why can't a simple sandwich be made right. The mayo was all on one side and we went over the tomatoes. The bread is depressing and thats McDonald's all around (some reasons I don't go there). If it weren't for the playplace I never would have ended up there. Unfortunately the trash cans were over flowing. And the drive-through was packed but only maybe 12 people came inside the whole 90 minutes we were there. Lastly why bother asking what you want to drink when the drinks are self serve, and why not have ketchup out and mayo packets out. Its only the biggest fast food chain in the world... Please don't use the self serve screens unless needed, keep america working! There was a lot of employees though which is good. So why not bring the order to the table when there is just me getting food for 4 and no tray?? I almost dropped the 2 happy meal boxes and and big bag plus an apple juice... All in all its a clean place and tight parking, but it is mcdonalds.. I think we have all seen the movie on Netflix and it definitely translates well... 4 drink sizes, what for?? My order is screwed up literally everytime I go to this McDonalds. The staff have such nasty attitudes. I went there a week ago and ordered some chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I got my bag at the window and looked at the woman and asked for BBQ sauce and she got an attitude and stated she put it in the bag. So I said okay and parked. NO SAUCE IN THE BAG! I got out and went inside to ask for some and another associate said they were all out of BBQ sauce! WTF! WHY LIE TO ME AT THE WINDOW AND SAY YOU PUT IT IN THE BAG??? This morning I went and ordered some meals with biscuits. I get to the window and pay. Then AFTER she has already charged my card she decides to say "oh we dont have any buscuits".... WHAT IN THE HOLY HELL! THEN WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE MY CARD? She offered McMuffins like it was the same thing. Which made me super irritated because they always lack communication skills or they just simply dont say anything at all. She hands me back a refund of one dollar and some change. ?? I pull off and then I'm trying to figure out why I got one dollar as a refund for a 10 dollar order. I go back and she refunded me for ONE of the buscuits I ordered. I walk in and the cashier takes the dollar and change and refunds me 9 dollars. slaps hand through my own face for the sheer fact that these people cant do basic math . By this point I was pretty over the whole situation so I just took the 9 bucks and walked out. Whatever. I will never go back there again. I understand little mistakes here and there but for my order to be messed up and get attitude and bull everytime I go here. No....

I am a delivery driver. I’m pleasant and always cheerful as I collect my orders. Every time I come to this McDonalds, I struggle. The managers will look you directly in the face and ignore you. It’s not just me, it’s customers who approach the counter as well. I’ve not ONCE been greeted properly or happily as I’ve entered, or during my entire visit. It’s usually a heavy sigh and an eye roll as they grumble out “ what’s your order number”… and don’t question if they’ve reviewed the order for correctness ( customers frequently request ketchup packets that never make it into the bag,, and I get scolded by the employees for asking them to check), that’s sure to get you a nasty look or comment. Did I mention that it’s the managers who are the worst? We have family members who have worked for McDonalds, as employees and management, and they confirm that this McDonalds is not operating correctly towards its customers…. And delivery drivers are customers also! We are just trying to do our job correctly and happily, but it’s hard when this McDonalds doesn’t seem to care about putting out a good product while maintaining that happy McDonald’s attitude that we have been used to for many years. Get it together, 1165 western boulevard… and if you’re not sure how, I can give you the address of two other locations that are knocking it out of the park in customer service as well as consistency.
