This place WAS filled with good staff about 2 months ago. I go here because I live close and love Hispanic food but don't like cleaning. I worked food service for 3 years and never have I ever argued with a customer and gave them attitude. I went and the line was long, waited in the car. Got in line after it calmed down a bit. I kept an eye in my food and what the person in front of me was ordering. I watch the cashier grab my bag of food and put that into the customers paying bag. Now someone else from the restaurant rushed to the counter and asked if she had just put his food in their bag. She denies and hands him his bag after finishing the current customers transaction. I then make the conclusion that she had given MY food away. She replies no, goes to a whisper party with another worker and hands me a bag of food. Knowing what I had witnessed I restate that she has someone else's bag and now the rest of the lines orders are askew. She insists it's the correct bag and I give in. I go to my car and low and behold it's another person's burrito (I'm particular). I proceed back into the store and hand the first person my food and request it be remade. Now I'm fine with not receiving the correct thing and having to get it remade, accidents happen. But the way the cashier had approached the situation, and had been approached by TWO customers who highlighted the fact that she had not been paying attention was very inappropriate and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would appreciate if management would enforce the fact that once your back in the line your doing your job and it's not social hour! This particular moes location seems that customer service and attentiveness isn't something worth in forcing in the work place. 1/10 will leave if I see the same cashier. 12/10 will leave if I have to repeatedly remind the service workers what I had previously said. Am going to call management to...
Read morePrejudice acting people.!!!* Waited a while to take my order for no apparent or really good reason, but once a Caucasian woman walked in and had to wait in line behind me an employee hurried up and put on gloves and took my order and then the employee who, initially, told me to wait hurried up and took the Caucasian woman's order that was behind me in the line. Employees there were saying things, quietly, to each other, as well, etc. I wasn't even given full scoops of ingredients of the things that I was ordering. I was given 25%-35% +/- of the spoon or scoop. I had to repeatedly keep asking for a little more of quite a few different ingredients of what I was ordering in a bowl, etc. The food did taste pretty good, but the service was not good, at all, really and truly or completely. It was, as if, they didn't really want to serve me or have or show any really decent or really good customer service to me, etc. I don't think that they really expected or wanted a Melaninnated person/a person of color in the restaurant with them or for any of them to have to serve a person of color/a Melaninnated person, etc. I thought that I was, initially, overcharged, as well. My order started out being around $11 and ended up being $19+. I was told because, I asked for a little more of this and that. Because, there was such a little amount of food being scooped up and not filling the spoon in the first place. I, probably, won't return to this, particular, restaurant if anything like this ever happens again there. Because, I am not sure what food they might, actually, give me or what they might do to my food good, bad, or...
Read moreFOOD POSION? Eating here puts you at risk of getting it. Not only have they screwed my order up each time but this time they could put my health at risk. I ordered 2 Stacks and a BOGO burrito off Uber eats but I picked it up. After placing my order i called and asked them to mark the stacks since they were different. When I open the bag I see the marked the stacks on reciept paper. It was not taped to the Togo box, it was inside the to go container touching the food! Not only is that gross but it's unsanitary. I sent a email thinking they would apologize for the unsanitary practice and just get this from the manager.......Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. I sincerely apologize that your recent experience with Moe's Southwest Grill did not meet your or our expectations. I take this feedback very seriously and want to ensure that I properly address your concern for proper coaching and training! I appreciate your time and look forward to you our future......that was it a basic template emaill. STAY AWAY FROM MOES. Not only do they always screw up the order but they preform unsanitary actions and plus the food this time was very dry and disgusting. The 3 times I ordered from here I always selected chips with salsa. All 3 times it was...
