Passing by saw this place and was craving a Taro tea so I stopped in. The place was completely empty and no workers were in sight and took a few mins to come to the front to wait on me. Ordered a Taro tea. Got my tea and I'm SO DISAPPOINTED!! It tastes like very watered down Taro tea!! So I went back in and asked her to put more taro in and told her it tastes watery. She just said "OH!" Then got the bucket of taro powder, brought it over to me and put a scoop in my cup, on the top. So I put the lid on and start swishing it around to mix in but it's a cold drink so the taro is just sitting on top and while swishing it around it made a mess because it was coming out of the cup from under the lid and she just stood there and watched me !!! Offered NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL! I had to ask for napkins because it was a mess on the table, my cup and ME !!! She gave me ONE NAPKIN! I told her it isn't mixing in and still taste like water and walked out the door because I was so frustrated !! I paid $9.00 for this drink , including a $3.00 tip for her and all she did was stand there instead of just taking the drink from the beginning when I told her it was watery and fixing it properly !!! I know this place recently got a new owner, and it was my first time here and probably my last.

The workers were standing outside of the store when we were coming in, kind of strange, but they didn’t have any customers.

Their drink menu was just a little sign in front of the register so it wasn’t much. They’re cheaper than the drink places around.

I ordered a passion fruit lemonade with popping boba, paid with cash and the lady had to go next door or somewhere to get change for $20. My drink was only $6.xx so it was kind of unusual that they don’t have enough change for that. While I was waiting for my change, the guy that was making my drink was waiting for the lady to come back (I don't understand why) to start making my drink.

Once i got my drink it tasted like straight up lemon juice, very tart and concentrated i didnt taste the passion fruit flavor at all. The guy was kind of staring at me after handing me my drinking waiting for me to try it. I also had to ask for a napkin as they didnt have...

Visited the Riverside location today and it was HORRIBLE. Food wasn’t fresh , kale and lettuce was warped, carrots was dried out. Eel & Krab meat wasn’t cover .I tried ordering something that needed to be prepared and to my disgust, Tempura tasted as if it had been reheat in the microwave and texture was chewy as well as a like of flavor. Seaweed salad and mango chunks were HOT… Raw FISH setting out without properly being preserved to maintain the correct TEMPERATURE !!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eating this style of dish on a regular.. HOWEVER !! It MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT !! NOT WORTH THE TIME , MONEY OR RISK .. A GUARANTEE EXPRESS TRIP TO THE ER !! RUUUUUUUUUUNNN !!!
