Went here twice now and both times we were seated at dirty tables. However, they do try to keep a streamlined service and the food is good. When you walk in you turn left and order at the computers. Then they call your name to give you your drink. ( while we waited we noticed that not everyone was greeted immediately as they were preparing to go orders etc but the young lady at the front did her best and was very friendly and nice).
Orders don’t seem to come out together no matter what. When my husband went with friends he waited an extra thirty minutes for the same exact order. Once when we went together our food came out separate and probably at least five minutes apart.
One time we ordered to go food both husband and I ordered the same crunch stack and it’s supposed to come with the consumme and neither did. We waited thirty almost fourth minutes for the order that said would take twenty minutes. And we both ordered the wrap bc we liked to dip it in the sauce. But we DIDNT CHECK OUR ORDER to make sure the consumme was in the bag. Despite waiting that long we ASSUMED what we order would be in the bag but never assume. Always double check your order.
So far had the chicken achiote tacos and steak and chicken crunch wraps as well as jalepeno queso. Tacos and queso excellent. Love the crunch wrap but husband said he liked the chicken better than steak. Haven’t tried the birria.
Update: well we tried. Unfortunately it has been very inconsistent and the hubs said we won’t be back. Every time he has been h has gotten the same thing and it’s different every time. The Crunchwrap with consumme. Which has been forgotten on a couple occasions. It’s unfortunate I’m sure probably trying to get staff to work and trained with consistency. Sometimes the staff is rude when you walk to the to go area to get your food if ordered to go. Not everyone. Most everyone is nice but one girl one time near to go area was very rude to not just me but other customers. Sorry if we don’t know the process for picking up but we’re all human and don’t need to be spoken to with disrespect. Nobody tells you the process we’re just supposed to know to walk over to the shelves by the kitchen window and look for our name and grab our stuff. But if you don’t know they keep you standing up front waiting to be acknowledged and your food is sitting getting cold just standing at the door waiting for help. Maybe one day they’ll get it together. I hate to be this way but when you pay such high prices for the cheapest food to make I won’t go back. I’ve been in service my entire life and it just seems workers could care...

Read moreI’ve heard about this place for a while and wanted to check it out, outdoor seating was amazing significantly better than inside. I also Do understand today was a sunny day and there was shade and it may change based on weather but the inside was kind of embarrassing, when I got in the first thought in my mind was this is just a big rectangle and a few chairs and tables, it honestly wasn’t what I expected but I found the kiosk the left of the door and placed my food. 16$ for 3 tacos is insane before I tried them. I also Got a lemonade, I think It was called the mistic lemonade, which was about 5/6$ which is insane for a lemonade that has mostly ice. I paid And got a text saying it would take 20 min for my food but while outside I was pleasantly surprised that it took about 5 min. The food was amazingly good, honestly probably the best from a fast casual place I’ve ever had. The birria tacos were really good but at the moment I wasnt Sure if it was 16$ good, they are. The lemonade which was good was not worth the money, no drink at a restaurant should be 6$ especially if it’s not refillable which caught me off guard. The drink had a lemonade base with something I would Guess is a sour apple kind of flavor. The tacos were full of flavor and the sauce to dip was amazing, both were flavorful and juicy. Only complaint on the food size is that you can’t order 3 different kinds of tacos which was a bummer due to trying more flavors.
Overall 8.4/10 Seating was a 6.8/10 Inside was a 3/10 outside was a 8/10 Food was a 9/10 Service was 10/10 Vibe was 7.8/10 Price was 6.8/10 , spent 26 before tip on my own
Overall it’s something you go to once in a while, and I think the price holds it back, single selection of the tacos would help it go up more. It’s a place in my...
