McDonald's — Restaurant in Jamestown

Walked in with my friend around 830pm figured we could get a quick snack and drink before getting some errands done we took a bit to figure out what we wanted (5 minutes)no line behind us we were standing away from the counter, people in front of us were getting their order. (Even though later they needed to be reimbursed after waiting cause whatever it was wasn't available even though they waited 15 minutes any ways) so after me and my friend made our desicions we walked up to the counter to order. And then proceded to be ignored for 20 minutes.by ignore I mean two workers came up to the counter at several points and I thought I was going to have my order taken but they just kept opening the cash draw and grabbing things then leaving.I literally got no one moment please ma'am nothing. I look at my clock and realize the store I need to get to is going to close and even though im feeling sick without food (gotta love pregnancy) I told my friend we had to bail because we didn't have anymore time to wait 30 minutes ish had past since we left at 9. I don't like being rude I don't like being upset at workers because I don't know how there day is going.(when CNA and DSP workers make less doing more work bit insulting to not even attempt to do a good job 11 plus dollars and hour must be nice)But when 3 are standing in the back drinking and two are working up front, but there's apperently no time to take your order or at least hey it'll be a minute thank you for your patience. When we left there were no cars in the drive through I just figured thats why they couldn't take our order but Idk what the reasons were. I did make it very obvious I was ordering along...

I waited in the drive thru which had one car in front of me and one car behind me. It took forever for the car ahead of me to get passed the menu screen where you order. When I finally got to be able to place my order after 10 minutes or so of waiting they told me to hold on a moment. So I continued to wait. After a bit I heard someone say that they were not taking any more orders for the night. It was 11:30 pm! They are supposed to take orders until midnight at the drive thru. They even said that the drive thru was open until midnight when we called ahead! So I replied really then why did the guy tell me to hold on a moment. He replied very rude that he didn't know he wasn't taking the orders so he knew nothing about it. Mind you this was during Quarantine due to Covid! So I said well that's lovely then, because I don't know where to go to get my family something to eat. Which he then replied to me that it wasn't his problem and maybe I should worry more about getting my window fixed, since I was unable to roll it down! We were waiting on our new vehicle at the time, not that it was any of his business for me to explain! So after he was super rude to me when they were closing early I finally got turned around to leave. They also refused to serve the woman behind me! So I went all the way to Mcmobile! They were amazing and said that they are supposed to take orders right up until midnight! They aren't supposed to turn customers away 5 minutes before closing! Let alone 30 minutes early! Just very rude and inconsiderate customer service! Extremely...

I normally don’t do this — but this was exceptionally bad and I recommend choosing another McDonald’s in the area if you can. I went through the drive through for breakfast and the ordering process was really slow and the person who took my order didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. When I pulled up to the window the woman didn’t even say hello and barely said a word to me when she took my money. When I said thank you, she just told me I had to pull up and wait extra time for my food. They made me wait 10 minutes in the parking lot because they said they were waiting on hash browns — no one else seemed to be asked to do the same and I can’t imagine none of them ordered hash browns — but when I got home the hash browns were soggy and it didn’t really seem like they were that fresh. They also didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich, and a man was screaming at himself in the parking lot. The whole experience was weird and I won’t be going back.
