Starbucks — Restaurant in Janesville

My drink tasted great and just like it does at every other Starbucks! I went inside to order and was pretty impressed with the store. It's nice and open, lots of seating and was very clean. The cashier (wish I would have gotten her name!) was super friendly and sweet. After I placed my order and paid, I went and used the bathroom really fast and was pleasantly surprised to find my drink already made and waiting for me at the pickup counter once I came back out. Service was great and super fast, even though the drive-thru line was a bit long. I sat in my car with my drink for a few minutes before heading out and noticed that the drive-thru line, although kind of long, never stopped moving. I will definitely be back to...

Service is slow and the drive-thru attendant pulled her hand away almost dropping my order because she seemed dismayed to have her hand near the hand of a person of color. So that is great. I love my coffee and I'm diverse in my beverages, I purchase daily and I but between Chicago and Madison weekly. This store does not make it well. It's very slow. 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for a mobile order is not the experience I was expecting and I could not go in because the drive-thru was back-to-back cars. My friend and I waited for 10 minutes to place an order, and then waited another 10 minutes to get our order. This wasn’t an issue though. However, after waiting this long, I was hoping that I would get my normal Starbucks order that I have been getting for years now. After getting my coffee, it was extremely watered down and didn’t taste like a Starbucks Coffee at all.
