Burger King — Restaurant in Janesville

If I had the option to rate this location a 0 star I would. Went there for a simple meal for lunch and was ordering. The person taking my order happens to be my younger sister couldn’t have been working there for more than a month. She was told at the beginning she could apparently give her family a 10% discount. She relaized there was food we didn’t order and was trying to delete it. But she clearly still needed assistance with placing orders. But was not receiving help from co workers. That’s when an older non white lady walks up and immediately started yelling and bashing on my little sister trying to accuse her and myself and little brother of stealing 50$ worth of food. I proceeded to tell the lady that the order on the screen was not mine I only ordered a #8 and an ice cream cone. She then asked me who took the order I said I have no clue but she was trying to take mine. The lady proceeded to take a picture of the order and continue blaming my sister and putting words into our mouth. I walked out to go get my mother from the vehicle since it’s not my kid. My sister went to talk to the district manager that was there when the older lady barged in and cut my sister off to say things that did not happen at all and proceeded to say I was trying to steal $50 dollars worth of food for 1 single person (aka my husband for lunch at work) but instead there was food in there before she even started my order and was trying to take it off. My sister broke down into tears over this so call manager there that was very rude and disrespectful and had to communication skills or problem solving skills what’s so ever. This resulted in us forcing my little sister(14 years old) to quit due to the toxic environment of your Burger King on Milton ave and manager that don’t know how to run a store to treat people especially kids. This girl has had a problem with my sister since she has started. We have tried to address it multiple times but insistence like this one keep happening. Very disappointing and will not ever be going back to this location. I will be recommending other to go else where also. Terrible service especially to people you didn’t even know that happen to be related to the worker. Very unprofessional of her and the work place....

Every time that I come here my order is either messed up or is so cold that it is disgusting and not worth eating. Today I came through and saw that they introduced chicken strips back to the menu and was excited! Being lactose intolerant I asked them if they were buttermilk strips or just a normal chicken strip and was told, "I don't know." So i asked if there was anyone in the building that may know the answer and was told, "No. No one knows, but they don't think so." I told her it was regarding an allergy and she did not try and help whatsoever. Usually places have an allergen menu or nutritional guide somewhere in the store that will state ingredients but they either don't or she just didn't care enough to look. Seeing as how there are so many allergies out there, it is extremely irresponsible to tell someone that you think an item is made without an ingredient when you in fact have no clue. Don't think I will be coming here again and sincerely hope that you guys train your staff to know the food they are serving or at least provide adequate service! As a fellow food service employee, I would never speak on something that I was not 100% sure of. Shame on you guys for either hiring such lazy workers or for doing sub-par training on your employees....

Stopped here for lunch with the kids before we headed to the park. Order taker, Gabe, immediately greeted us and was patient with my 8 year old who changed his mind in the middle of ordering. When our food was ready, we were still at the soda machine so the Gabe gentlemen, brought out our food. My 5 year old daughter wanted to help carry the tray so he kindly helped her bring the tray to the table. When my daughter took a bite of her cheeseburger, she immediately spit it out. We ordered cheese and ketchup only. I brought the burger up to the counter and explained. Gabe apologized and quickly had the kitchen make us a new cheeseburger. When he handed the burger back, he apologized again. I wasnt mad. We are all human and make mistakes. All of our food was good. The reason that I only gave this review 3 stars was because of the yelling going on in the kitchen area. The female who was working back there was yelling so obnoxiously that it was extremely annoying. At first, I thought there was some kind of emergency but as the yelling continued and I started listening to what dhe was saying, she was just being ridiculous.
