DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE The manager tried bribing me into giving a $30+ tip to the driver by saying he'd apologize for the fiasco & give me a "free" pizza like I had been promised after a 4+ HOUR late pizza but somehow there "was no record of it" in my file after I was guaranteed it. I was denied a refund when my order was 4+ hours late. The staff & managers completely disregard giving any kind of quality service. Workers have nasty attitudes & treat me like an annoyance when I dare to order from them. I've worked in customer service long enough to just smile & know they hate their jobs. EVERY time I call I am "greeted" wih someone who is short with me from the minute they begrudgingly say "hello" to the second they hang up. I have never been the customer who demands & whines & has to see the manager. I have tipped generously considering their service & so I don't understand where the attitude comes from.
I placed an order through their app (which is a joke) & I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half. I didn't like it but I was willing to wait considering it was a Friday night at dinner time. The hour and a half passes & after about 15 minutes after the wait time I check my phone to see that the pizza has been marked as Delivered. It hadn't been. I wait another 15 minutes allowing for the computer to be a bit glitchy or bogged down because of all the orders coming in. I call & tell them that according to the wait time I was given on the app that my pizza was over 45 minutes late & that my pizza had been marked as delivered & it hadn't been. The girl told us that a group of 40 people had ordered a bunch of pizza and they had everyone including drivers on the inside making the big order. Okay, that's understandable. I was put off because I'd already waited over 2 hours for my ONE pizza but I was willing to give them the benefit of just having a crazy order. Like I said I've worked in customer service & I know what that's like. I nicely asked if she could give me an estimate on the wait time & she said she would send a driver out right then to give me my order. I live less than 10 minutes from the store even in heavy traffic. So we waited another 30 minutes & by this point we're getting irritated because now it had been nearly 3 hours & we ordered 1 pizza & a drink well before the girl said that the big order came in. 15 minutes later we called & repeated the issue we were having & the girl said that her driver was lost in TATE trying to find our house. I again live in JASPER 10 minutes from the store. So I AGAIN ask for a wait time & tell her we'd been waiting for 3 hours for something that should've gotten here 2.5 hours ago. This time the girl was not apologetic in the least & in a very irritated tone told us that he was right around the corner & hung up despite her JUST telling us he was in Tate and LOST. At this point I give up on the pizza & I set my mind to getting my money back because I hadn't once been mean or rude with her & I flat out knew the pizza wasn't getting to us. I didn't care for her tone, attitude or lies. We wait about 30 more min & call asking for a refund because 3.5 hours is too much time to wait for a pizza. She then denies me the refund & INSISTS that the driver is "literally in your driveway". He wasn't. I again ask for a refund & she tells me he's right there & if I just hang on she'll give me a free large pizza & a drink the NEXT time I order. I told her I didn't want the free stuff I just wanted a refund. She didn't budge. I give up & just accept that this resturaunt has absolutely NO idea what they're doing. Another 45 minutes go by and FINALLY the pizza shows. Except he didn't grab the drink. I tell him. He checks the recipt & sees his mistake. He offers to go to the gas station (1 min up my road) & pick up the drink. I begrudgingly accept because I had zero faith at this point that he could do even that. You place an order online and you never know when you will receive it even if you book it ahead. I placed an order online a head today for it to be delivered at 6. I called to find out where it was the girl that answered put me on hold to find out about my order. I held for over 5 min before a guy came on and ask if he could help. I explained I was checking on my pizza order and when it was going to be delivered. I was told that the order was for the pizza to leave the store at 6 I said no the order I placed online said my order would be at my house at 6. Then he tried to say they had changed management last week and alot of their drivers had quit. He said the driver was leaving then and I should have my pizza in about 30 min. I live maybe 10 min from the store. So the pizza that I was supposed to have at 6 is now going to be 6:45. I ask why someone didn't call me to let me know that I wasn't going to get it at 6 because I placed the order ahead by 3 hours and he said because he didn't have time to call. He has alot of orders that have came in and he was having to cut off delivery . I know that sometimes you are short handed but they should have prepared better than this. We called and asked them to deliver the correct one and was told it would be at least an hour as they were too busy. That was fine, we were willing to wait as we wanted what we ordered not someone else’s order. After an hour the food arrived. The driver said it would be a charge for the food. I said no as we never received our correct order and he could take back the incorrect order so there should not be an additional charge. Why would I pay more when I didn’t receive my original order??? The driver said just forget about it and handed the correct order to me. It was NOT sealed as it is suppose to be (we are still in Pandemic remember), when I opened it....it was covered in so much hot sauce and had 2 chunks of chicken on a completely undercooked crust and was ice cold to touch.
