Worst Wendy’s ever! Placed an order, then after I got done paying, was told they were out of half of what I ordered. Asked for a refund on what they out of ingredients for. Got refund, but then one of the kids told the kid on line who just got done making what I still wanted and didn’t get a refund for that I got a refund on the whole order and told him to throw it away. Thankfully I seen what was going on before the kid on the sandwich line threw away the rest of my order and said I still wanted that part of my order. They gave it to me, but you could tell they didn’t want to give me the food I had paid for and still was wanting. And the kid making sandwiches has his hair all over the place and needs to be pulled back and out of his face.
I also placed an order before I left and told the kid at the register that it was to-go twice (my mother heard me from where we had been sitting at). I paid and then went to sit down and wait for the order. The kid then starts placing the order on a tray for there. I then had to tell him again at least 3-4 times that it was to go and he continued to put it on a tray. I then had to tell him at least 2 more times after that that it was to go before he started putting the food in a to go bag.
After I got my to go order, my mom and I was grabbing our stuff and heading for the door as one of the employees was ordering his food after he had went to smoke and he smelled like marijuana mixed with something like either meth/heroin or K2. We were told to ask for it and show the keychain at one of the windows, not add to the food order. So today I get a number six and at the first window I show my keychain and I asked for a small chocolate Junior Frosty and the kid in the window tells me that I have to ask it at the next window where I get the food. So I ask at the second window and some guy claiming to be the manager tells me that I would have had to add it to my food order so I tell him what the kid in the first window told me and then I say 100% truthful that I've been coming here since I was a kid since it first started this keychain program and you could always get it at either of the windows, you never had to add it to an order. He didn't like that comment very much and he said you know what no Frosty for you. Goodbye. Have a nice day and slammed the window shut like a 7 year old girl.

Read morei placed a dine-in mobile order for two burgers. i stood in line for several minutes waiting while one person was helping several people at the point of sale. i could see my order sitting on the counter getting cold and when i asked for it to be remade because it was already super cold i could hear them yelling in the back making nasty remarks about me. like seriously? they gave me back ONE of the burgers even though they were both cold and looked at me like i was crazy when they realized i wanted both burgers remade because they were BOTH cold saying "you want this other one remade too???" to which i said yes then they rolled their eyes, scoffed and again started making remarks that i could clearly hear. mind you, this was the MANAGER that did that. after hearing them continue to make remarks i went ahead and gave back the one burger they gave me and said "don't even worry it" and left. i will never order from this wendy's again. an absolute joke of an...
