Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I love Dunkin' Donuts. I don't love this location. I will go the extra 4 blocks to get to the super awesome location on Addison. The location on Kimball lacks personality... actually that's not true. It has a personality and it's not a good one. I've been here a number of times and this location just doesn't do it for me. It's small and narrow and sometimes has bums in it. Smelly bums and small spaces aren't cool. This is an environmental factor and I can't wholly fault them for this. What I can fault them for, however, is their lack of customer service skill. Customer service is severely lacking at this location. 2 younger women were working. The employee there took my order and then gave me something completely different, simply because she didn't want to make my order. This happened to me once before but I shrugged it off just to be polite. So when I gave my order the next I made sure I was very clear and even asked questions to make sure they had what I wanted, but when I received my order it was still incorrect. I always leave this Dunkin' Donuts feeling so frustrated! They never pay enough attention. There's a lot of waiting around for them. They would ask me my preference and I would answer and they would ask again a second later because they already forgot. And don't even come in with an offer. They will hate you for it and give you a horrible time trying to redeem it. I feel like this place gets so much traffic from the nearby blue line station, that all they see is the money and do not care about providing...
